【摘要】：深圳前海世茂金融中心塔樓結構高度為303.9m,首層至屋面每層繞中心相對下層旋轉0.68°,共旋轉45°。塔樓為框架-核心筒形式,外框為鋼管混凝土分段雙向斜直柱+鋼梁,核心筒為鋼筋混凝土結構。旋轉外框架不便設置伸臂桁架,通過優(yōu)化結構平面形狀和體型、利用周邊地形地貌條件減小風荷載,解決了剛度和舒適度問題。外框在重力作用下形成水平力環(huán)流,對核心筒形成扭矩,通過對傳力路徑、節(jié)點構造、重力下整體水平位移及整體穩(wěn)定性的分析并采取措施,達到設計目的。
[Abstract]:The tower height of Shenzhen Qianhai Shimao Financial Center is 303.9m. Each floor of the first floor to the roof rotates about 0.68 擄relative to the lower layer of the center, with a total rotation of 45 擄. The tower is a frame-core tube, the outer frame is a steel beam with concrete filled steel tube, and the core tube is a reinforced concrete structure. It is difficult to set up extension truss in rotating outer frame. By optimizing the plane shape and shape of the structure and reducing the wind load by using the surrounding topographic and geomorphological conditions, the problems of stiffness and comfort are solved. The outer frame forms a horizontal force circulation under the action of gravity and a torque on the core tube. Through the analysis of the transmission path, the joint structure, the overall horizontal displacement and the overall stability under gravity, the design goal is achieved.
