新余市城市排水工程專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃若干問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:排水工程規(guī)劃主要分為雨水工程和污水工程兩部分,在城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)中占有重要地位。本文在充分調(diào)查分析新余市排水系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)城市排水工程規(guī)劃的原則及具體措施作了進(jìn)一步的細(xì)化和優(yōu)化。通過(guò)對(duì)城市排水管道系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)工程的研究,建議在此領(lǐng)域的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)工作者,在實(shí)際工作中要充分結(jié)合城市自身的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、相關(guān)行業(yè)的管理水平及自然條件,充分重視城市排水管道系統(tǒng)的新功能的規(guī)劃,做出有地方特點(diǎn)的城市排水管道系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),并為其它具有相似地形、地貌的地區(qū)或城市提供參考和借鑒。 本文的主要研究如下: 1、在調(diào)查了江西省的城市建設(shè)和排水工程建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了目前江西省內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)存在的主要問(wèn)題,提出了排水體制的合理選擇建議,并對(duì)目前普遍存在的舊有排水系統(tǒng)改造提出相應(yīng)的改造方法; 2、闡述了當(dāng)前排水量預(yù)測(cè)的主要方法,對(duì)關(guān)鍵的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行剖析,提出合理數(shù)值選取的參考建議; 3、在綜合調(diào)查城市雨水引發(fā)的一系列問(wèn)題基礎(chǔ)上,提出了雨水利用的意義,以及應(yīng)對(duì)的措施和方法; 4、結(jié)合《江西省城鎮(zhèn)排水專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃編制綱要(試行)》,,選取《新余市城市排水專項(xiàng)規(guī)劃(2008~2030)》實(shí)例,對(duì)編制實(shí)例進(jìn)行剖析闡述,以期能對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)其他具有類似城市條件的地區(qū)提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The drainage project planning is divided into two parts: rainwater engineering and sewage engineering, which plays an important role in the construction of urban infrastructure. This paper further refines and optimizes the principles and concrete measures of the urban drainage project planning on the basis of the full investigation and analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the drainage system in Xinyu. The research on the planning and design of drainage pipeline system suggests that the planning and design workers in this field should fully integrate the development status of the city, the development strategy, the management level and the natural conditions of the related industries, pay full attention to the planning of the new functions of the urban drainage pipeline system, and make the urban row with local characteristics. The planning and design of the water pipe system can provide reference and reference for other cities or cities with similar topography and geomorphology.
The main research in this paper is as follows:
1, on the basis of the investigation of the current situation of urban construction and drainage construction in Jiangxi Province, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the drainage system in Jiangxi Province, puts forward the reasonable selection of drainage system, and puts forward the corresponding reform methods for the existing old drainage system transformation.
2, the main methods of the current discharge prediction are expounded, the key indicators are analyzed, and the reference suggestions for reasonable numerical value selection are put forward.
3, based on the comprehensive investigation of a series of problems caused by urban rainwater, the significance of rainwater utilization and the measures and methods to deal with it are put forward.
4, combining the outline of the special planning of urban drainage in Jiangxi province (trial run), the urban drainage special planning (2008~2030) of Xinyu is selected as an example, and the examples are analyzed and expounded in order to provide reference and reference for other areas with similar urban conditions in China.
