【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的背景下，區(qū)域間商務(wù)聯(lián)系往來(lái)頻繁，持續(xù)高效增長(zhǎng)的商務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)與不斷加快的城市化進(jìn)程極大地促進(jìn)了城市商務(wù)酒店業(yè)的發(fā)展。而基于商業(yè)綜合體開發(fā)的高級(jí)商務(wù)酒店成為新城區(qū)商務(wù)酒店的主力軍和標(biāo)桿，它既是商業(yè)綜合體的重要主角，又能服務(wù)和配套新城區(qū)的商務(wù)會(huì)議接待的需求。 我國(guó)商業(yè)綜合體中的商務(wù)酒店發(fā)展時(shí)間較短，作為特殊的酒店門類，從酒店管理、定位、設(shè)計(jì)等多方面缺乏系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。商業(yè)綜合體中的高級(jí)商務(wù)酒店如何真正契合到城市商務(wù)活動(dòng)與客人使用需求的特征，如何與商業(yè)綜合體有機(jī)共生，如何進(jìn)行合理的總體布局和功能配置，如何結(jié)合地域和文化特點(diǎn)，這些課題都是我們值得考察研究的。 本課題主要基于當(dāng)代商業(yè)綜合體中的高級(jí)商務(wù)酒店的特征及建設(shè)需求，探索指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐的策略。具體方法是，以國(guó)家旅游局2010年頒布的《旅游飯店星級(jí)的劃分與評(píng)定》為基礎(chǔ)，依據(jù)商業(yè)綜合體中的高級(jí)商務(wù)酒店的設(shè)計(jì)特性，，分析商業(yè)綜合體中的高級(jí)商務(wù)酒店的策略，在總體設(shè)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外高級(jí)商務(wù)酒店的空間參數(shù)，研究基本功能設(shè)計(jì)要求。在研究的基礎(chǔ)上，論文最后結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐案例加以應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global economic integration, the continuous and efficient growth of the business economy and the accelerating process of urbanization have greatly promoted the development of the city business hotel industry. The advanced The Business Inn based on the commercial complex has become the main force and benchmark of the The Business Inn in the new urban area. It is not only the main role of the commercial complex, but also the need of serving and supporting the business conference reception in the new urban area. The development time of The Business Inn in commercial complex in our country is relatively short. As a special hotel category, there is a lack of systematic experience in hotel management, positioning, design and so on. How does the advanced The Business Inn in the commercial complex really fit the characteristics of the city business activity and the guest's use demand, how to organically coexist with the commercial complex, how to carry on the reasonable overall layout and the function disposition, How to combine the regional and cultural characteristics, these topics are worthy of our investigation and study. Based on the characteristics and construction requirements of advanced The Business Inn in contemporary commercial complexes, this paper explores the strategies to guide practice. The specific method is to analyze the strategy of advanced The Business Inn in commercial complex based on the classification and evaluation of hotel stars issued by the National Tourism Administration in 2010, according to the design characteristics of advanced The Business Inn in commercial complex. Based on the analysis of the overall design and the spatial parameters of the advanced The Business Inn at home and abroad, the basic functional design requirements are studied. On the basis of the research, the paper combined with the design practice case to be applied.
