【摘要】：工程變更的成本是建設(shè)項目成本控制的重要部分。由于建設(shè)項目具有復(fù)雜性、長期性,易受人為和環(huán)境等主客觀因素的影響,過程中不可避免地產(chǎn)生工程變更,由此導(dǎo)致的工程變更的成本也嚴(yán)重影響建設(shè)項目成本控制。因此,研究工程變更的成本控制,并提出行之有效的加強控制的途徑顯得十分必要。本文首先在大量文獻研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對工程變更和成本控制相關(guān)概念進行了界定,并對全過程成本控制原理及動態(tài)成本控制原理加以闡述。然后,通過文獻分析及專家訪談法從項目不同參與方的角度對工程變更影響因素進行識別;采用問卷調(diào)查、因子分析等研究方法對上述因素進行評價和分析,歸納得出14個工程變更主要影響因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合全過程成本控制原理,闡述各主要影響因子在項目不同階段對工程變更的成本的影響。最后再結(jié)合工程實例數(shù)據(jù)分析,進一步驗證了研究的客觀性。論文基于前述研究結(jié)果,從建設(shè)項目全過程角度,提出加強工程變更的成本控制的途徑建議。這些建議具有較強的針對性和實操性,以期為建設(shè)單位在工程變更的成本控制方面提供有意義的參考。
[Abstract]:The cost of engineering change is an important part of cost control of construction project. Because the construction project is complicated, long-term, easy to be affected by subjective and objective factors, such as human and environment, the engineering changes inevitably occur in the process, and the cost of the project change will also seriously affect the cost control of the construction project. Therefore, it is necessary to study the cost control of engineering change and put forward effective ways to strengthen the control. In this paper, based on a large number of literatures, the concepts of engineering change and cost control are defined, and the whole process cost control principle and the dynamic cost control principle are expounded. Then, through literature analysis and expert interviews, the factors affecting the project change are identified from the perspective of different project participants, and the above factors are evaluated and analyzed by questionnaire survey, factor analysis and other research methods. The main influencing factors of 14 engineering changes are concluded. On this basis, combined with the principle of cost control in the whole process, this paper expounds the influence of the main influencing factors on the cost of engineering change in different stages of the project. Finally, the objectivity of the research is further verified by the analysis of engineering data. Based on the above research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the cost control of engineering change from the point of view of the whole process of construction project. These suggestions are of strong pertinence and practical significance, in order to provide a meaningful reference for the cost control of project change in the construction unit.
