【摘要】：建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目具有投資額巨大、建設(shè)周期長、施工難度大、技術(shù)復(fù)雜的特點(diǎn),實(shí)施過程中面臨的不確定性因素多,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)所引起的損失規(guī)模逐漸增大,為了減小損失,甚至避免損失,從而使得對建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究有極大的重要性和必要性。在查閱大量參考文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究現(xiàn)狀,對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究做了總體上的認(rèn)識,然后對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論及其體系展開了較為詳細(xì)的分析論證。研究顯示,項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理就是將項(xiàng)目中所存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較為準(zhǔn)確地識別出來,然后對識別出來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析和評價(jià),確定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生的可能性及可能帶來的損失,最后在評價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合定量分析確定主要因素,根據(jù)各個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特點(diǎn)制定具有針對性的應(yīng)對措施。本文以工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理作為對象,并結(jié)合具體的工程項(xiàng)目—維多利亞商住樓工程應(yīng)用模糊層次分析法進(jìn)行分析研究。最后較準(zhǔn)確地將維多利亞商住樓工程項(xiàng)目中所存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別出來,然后通過定性和定量分析,完成了對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生的可能性和損失程度的詳細(xì)評價(jià),為項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理主體提供了相對精確的數(shù)據(jù),更進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了模糊層次分析法在工程項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用的科學(xué)性,為從事風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理人員提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The construction project has the characteristics of huge investment, long construction period, great difficulty in construction, complicated technology, many uncertain factors in the process of implementation, and the scale of loss caused by risk is gradually increasing, in order to reduce the loss. Even avoiding loss makes the research on risk management of construction project of great importance and necessity. On the basis of consulting a large number of references, this paper summarizes the current situation of risk management research at home and abroad, makes a general understanding of risk management research, and then carries out a more detailed analysis and demonstration of risk management theory and its system. The research shows that the project risk management is to identify the risks in the project accurately, then analyze and evaluate the identified risks, determine the possibility of risk occurrence and possible losses. Finally, on the basis of evaluation, combined with quantitative analysis to determine the main factors, according to the characteristics of each risk to formulate targeted measures. In this paper, the project risk management is taken as the object, and the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the specific project-Victoria commercial and residential building project is analyzed and studied. Finally, the risks in Victorian commercial and residential building project are identified accurately, and then the possibility of risk and the degree of loss are evaluated in detail through qualitative and quantitative analysis. It provides relatively accurate data for the subject of project risk management, and further verifies the scientific nature of the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in engineering projects, and provides reference for those engaged in risk management.
