擦窗機(jī)伸縮臂設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:近幾年來,隨著城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)步伐加快,高層建筑越來越多,高層建筑外墻清潔、安裝、維護(hù)等問題日益凸顯,這就為擦窗機(jī)提供了較大的發(fā)展空間。由于擦窗機(jī)屬非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品,設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算繁復(fù)、工作量大,目前傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法效率低、精度差,很難滿足現(xiàn)代高性能擦窗機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)要求。為此,本文開發(fā)了擦窗機(jī)伸縮臂計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)。 提出了擦窗機(jī)作業(yè)范圍一定的前提下,,確定伸縮臂節(jié)數(shù)及長度尺寸的方法,該方法綜合考慮了材料利用率、制造成本、伸縮臂重量等因素,使伸縮臂設(shè)計(jì)方案更合理。依據(jù)相關(guān)擦窗機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,對(duì)不同工況伸縮臂受力進(jìn)行了分析,計(jì)算出危險(xiǎn)截面應(yīng)力。在滿足強(qiáng)度和作業(yè)尺寸要求的前提下,以伸縮臂重量輕、材料利用充分為目標(biāo),建立多目標(biāo)擦窗機(jī)伸縮臂截面尺寸優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)模型,并針對(duì)具體實(shí)例,給出優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。采用去材料的方法對(duì)優(yōu)化后伸縮臂進(jìn)行后處理,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型材的同時(shí)減輕了伸縮臂重量。充分利用Visual Basic和Matlab編程語言各自的優(yōu)勢,運(yùn)用混合編程技術(shù),開發(fā)出擦窗機(jī)伸縮臂計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與優(yōu)化軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了伸縮臂長度尺寸的確定、截面尺寸的優(yōu)化、方案圖紙的自動(dòng)繪制等功能。 擦窗機(jī)伸縮臂設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法的研究及相應(yīng)的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件的開發(fā),有效地提高了擦窗機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)效率和質(zhì)量,減輕了設(shè)計(jì)工作量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of urbanization, more and more high-rise buildings, high-rise building exterior wall cleaning, installation, maintenance and other issues are increasingly prominent, which provides a large development space for window cleaning machines. Because the window cleaning machine is a non-standard product, the design calculation is complicated, the workload is heavy, and the traditional design method is low efficiency and poor precision, so it is difficult to meet the design requirements of modern high performance window cleaning machine. Therefore, a computer aided design and optimization system for the telescopic arm of window cleaning machine is developed in this paper. A method for determining the number and length of telescopic arm joints is proposed on the premise of certain working range of window polishing machine. The design scheme of telescopic arm is more reasonable by taking into account the factors of material utilization, manufacturing cost, weight of telescopic arm and so on. According to the design code of relevant window cleaning machine, the stress of telescopic arm under different working conditions is analyzed, and the dangerous section stress is calculated. On the premise of meeting the requirements of strength and operation size, the optimum design model of the section size of telescopic arm of multi-objective window cleaning machine is established with the aim of light weight of telescopic arm and full utilization of materials, and the optimization design result is given in the light of concrete examples. The post-treatment of the optimized retractive arm is carried out by the method of material removal, so that the weight of the telescopic arm can be reduced by using the standard profile at the same time. Making full use of the advantages of Visual basic and Matlab programming language, the computer aided design and optimization software for the telescopic arm of window polishing machine is developed by using the mixed programming technology, which realizes the determination of the length dimension of the telescopic arm and the optimization of the section size. Automatic drawing of project drawings and other functions. The research on the design and calculation method of the telescopic arm of the window cleaning machine and the development of the corresponding computer aided design software have effectively improved the design efficiency and quality of the window cleaning machine and reduced the design workload.
