全壽命周期新型墻體材料綜合效益評價研究

【摘要】:我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、協(xié)調(diào)、健康的發(fā)展,是為人民提供舒適的生活環(huán)境的堅實基礎(chǔ),而生活標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的不斷提高,隨之而來的是能源消耗的急劇增加,生態(tài)環(huán)境遭到嚴(yán)重破壞,人類將付出慘痛的代價。我國的建筑能耗占社會總能耗的40%,墻體材料占建筑材料的70%,發(fā)展環(huán)保節(jié)能的墻體材料任務(wù)艱巨而長遠(yuǎn)。本文在引入可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、全壽命周期理論、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)分析理論、碳排放權(quán)交易基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以全壽命周期為根本出發(fā)點(diǎn),從新型墻體材料的生產(chǎn)、施工、使用、廢棄過程中產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、節(jié)能效益、環(huán)境效益、社會效益入手,對于四個階段產(chǎn)生的效益指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,建立全壽命周期綜合效益評價指標(biāo)體系;通過突變級數(shù)評價方法對綜合效益進(jìn)行評價,建立了全壽命周期綜合效益評價模型,將該評價模型應(yīng)用于工程案例當(dāng)中,分析了新型墻體材料分別在四個階段的效益指數(shù)和綜合指數(shù),對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,驗證了模型的可行性。最后,從節(jié)能減排措施方面對新型墻體材料的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用提出了建議,這對于推動節(jié)能建筑、節(jié)能施工的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The sustained, coordinated and healthy development of our economy is the solid foundation for providing a comfortable living environment for the people. With the continuous improvement of living standards, the rapid increase in energy consumption and the serious damage to the ecological environment, Humanity will pay a terrible price. The building energy consumption of our country accounts for 40% of the total energy consumption of the society, and the wall materials account for 70% of the building materials. The task of developing environmental protection and energy saving wall materials is arduous and long-term. Based on the introduction of sustainable development theory, life cycle theory, circular economy theory, economic analysis theory and carbon emission trading theory, this paper takes the whole life cycle as the basic starting point, and starts with the production and construction of new wall materials. The economic benefit, energy saving benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit produced in the process of using and disusing are analyzed, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of the whole life cycle is established. The comprehensive benefit evaluation model of the whole life cycle is established through the catastrophe series evaluation method, and the evaluation model is applied to the engineering cases. The benefit index and comprehensive index of the new wall materials in four stages are analyzed and the results are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the model. Finally, some suggestions on the development and application of new wall materials are put forward from the aspect of energy saving and emission reduction measures, which is of practical significance for the further development of energy-saving building and energy-saving construction.
