【摘要】：提出一種基于參數(shù)和時間響應(yīng)序列的改進(jìn)直接灰色模型IDGM(1,1),對泵車擺缸泄漏的趨勢進(jìn)行預(yù)測分析,并與傳統(tǒng)灰色模型GM(1,1)和直接灰色模型DGM(1,1)的預(yù)測結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明,該方法可以準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測擺缸泄漏故障的劣化趨勢,其預(yù)測精度明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)灰色模型GM(1,1)和直接灰色模型DGM(1,1)的預(yù)測精度,可為擺缸泄漏故障的主動維護(hù)提供重要理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:An improved direct grey model based on parameter and time response series (IDGM1) is proposed to predict and analyze the leakage trend of pump car's swing cylinder. The prediction results are compared with those of the traditional grey model (GM1 / 1) and the direct grey model (DGM1 / 1). The results show that this method can accurately predict the deterioration trend of the hydraulic cylinder leakage fault, and its prediction accuracy is obviously superior to that of the traditional grey model (GM1 / 1) and the direct grey model (DGM1 / 1). It can provide important theoretical basis for active maintenance of swing cylinder leakage fault.
