不均勻沉降對(duì)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響分析

【摘要】:地基的不均勻沉降作用是導(dǎo)致砌體結(jié)構(gòu)建筑物的墻體部分出現(xiàn)裂縫的主要原因之一。由于砌體結(jié)構(gòu)本身在整體性及剛度方面的表現(xiàn)相對(duì)較差,加之其所采涉及材料的抗拉、抗剪性能一般都不理想,致使砌體結(jié)構(gòu)成為對(duì)沉降作用較為敏感的結(jié)構(gòu)類型。一般只要發(fā)生較小的相對(duì)不均勻沉降就可在墻體產(chǎn)生顯著地開裂,而墻體出現(xiàn)裂縫則是造成砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋各種質(zhì)量事故的首要表現(xiàn)形式。為了明確砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋在各種不均勻沉降作用下墻體的變形及受力情況,以及裂縫的產(chǎn)生原因和位置特點(diǎn),本文利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS,分別建立了條形基礎(chǔ)上的三層砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋模型以及其下部的地基模型,并且對(duì)所建結(jié)構(gòu)模型在不同類型的不均勻沉降作用下的變形形式、受力情況以及破壞形態(tài)進(jìn)行了模擬,對(duì)模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析并且與實(shí)際情況相對(duì)比,從而為砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋預(yù)防裂縫出現(xiàn)提出一些有意義的建議。 本文主要包括以下幾個(gè)研究?jī)?nèi)容: (1)結(jié)合相關(guān)參數(shù)的選取與設(shè)定,從而建立合理的砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋模型的條形基礎(chǔ)、上部結(jié)構(gòu)以及地基模型,并且確定不均勻沉降作用的施加方式與施加依據(jù); (2)利用建立好的模型研究建筑物在兩端沉降以及中間沉降作用下砌體結(jié)構(gòu)墻體的開裂發(fā)展過程,以及在此過程后的變形和應(yīng)力的變化,歸納在兩種沉降形式的情況下墻體產(chǎn)生的裂縫的特點(diǎn),并與實(shí)際情況作對(duì)比; (3)通過調(diào)整地基模型剛度,,模擬基坑周邊土體的不均勻沉降作用,以此來研究建筑物整體的變形、應(yīng)力和裂縫的發(fā)展變化。 最后,對(duì)本文所研究的工作進(jìn)一步歸納總結(jié),綜合在三種不均勻沉降形式下產(chǎn)生裂縫的特點(diǎn)并與實(shí)際相比較,然后提出本次所做工作的不足以及缺陷和今后可以改進(jìn)的方向。
[Abstract]:The uneven settlement of foundation is one of the main causes of cracks in the wall of masonry structures. Because the masonry structure itself is relatively poor in integrity and stiffness, coupled with the tensile resistance of the materials involved in the masonry structure, the shear performance is generally not ideal, so masonry structure is more sensitive to the settlement of the structural type. Generally small relatively uneven settlement can cause significant cracking in the wall and cracks in the wall are the primary manifestation of various quality accidents of masonry structure buildings. In order to clarify the deformation and stress of masonry structure building under the action of various uneven settlement, as well as the causes and location characteristics of cracks, Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the three-story masonry structure building model on strip foundation and the foundation model of its lower part are established in this paper, and the deformation forms of the building model under different types of uneven settlement are analyzed. The stress situation and failure form are simulated, and the simulation results are analyzed and compared with the actual situation, so as to put forward some meaningful suggestions for the prevention of cracks in masonry structure buildings. This paper mainly includes the following research contents: (1) combining with the selection and setting of relevant parameters, the reasonable strip foundation, superstructure and foundation model of masonry structure building model are established. And to determine the application of uneven settlement and the basis of the application. 2) using the established model to study the development process of masonry structure wall cracking under the action of both ends settlement and intermediate settlement. And the changes of deformation and stress after this process, summarized the characteristics of cracks in the wall in the case of two kinds of settlement, and compared with the actual situation. 3) by adjusting the stiffness of the foundation model, The uneven settlement of soil around the foundation pit is simulated to study the deformation, stress and crack development of the whole building. Finally, the research work in this paper is further summarized, the characteristics of cracks produced under the three kinds of uneven settlement are synthesized and compared with the actual situation, and then the shortcomings and defects of this work and the direction to be improved in the future are put forward.
