【摘要】：選擇合適的工程項(xiàng)目交付模式可以有效地提升工程項(xiàng)目的績(jī)效,但沒(méi)有任何一個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目交付模式適用于所有的工程項(xiàng)目。工程項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)方在選擇具體的交付模式時(shí),需要考慮許多方面的因素。而隨著工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)環(huán)境日趨復(fù)雜,建設(shè)條件愈加苛刻,因此要求工程項(xiàng)目的各利益相關(guān)方充分協(xié)同保證工程項(xiàng)目最終成功實(shí)施。然而,目前在工程項(xiàng)目交付模式選擇領(lǐng)域,充分考慮工程項(xiàng)目各利益相關(guān)方角度的選擇方法研究較為缺乏。本文主要針對(duì)在協(xié)同環(huán)境下,考慮工程項(xiàng)目各利益相關(guān)方的工程項(xiàng)目交付模式選擇方法進(jìn)行研究。本文首先在大量文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了協(xié)同項(xiàng)目交付模式的具體形式和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并利用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法分析了在協(xié)同項(xiàng)目交付模式中各工程項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方之間的網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系和相互間權(quán)重。本文通過(guò)大量的文獻(xiàn)歸納,總結(jié)出工程項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方選擇工程項(xiàng)目交付模式時(shí)所考慮的因素,并分為項(xiàng)目績(jī)效、利益相關(guān)方協(xié)同、合同關(guān)注以及外部環(huán)境四個(gè)方面。隨后,在考慮多參與方多因素分析的角度上,利用MAMCA方法對(duì)協(xié)同環(huán)境下工程項(xiàng)目交付模式的選擇進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)案例分析,總結(jié)不同的工程項(xiàng)目交付模式在各工程項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方所考慮因素的得分情況,并通過(guò)整體分析以及個(gè)體分析,比較出各協(xié)同交付模式之間的優(yōu)劣。本文結(jié)合工程項(xiàng)目各利益相關(guān)方各自的偏好及立場(chǎng),分析其各自所關(guān)注因素,并通過(guò)多參與方多因素分析法,對(duì)協(xié)同環(huán)境下工程項(xiàng)目交付模式進(jìn)行選擇。該研究不僅對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目交付模式選擇理論作出了一定的貢獻(xiàn),而且為協(xié)同環(huán)境下進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)工程項(xiàng)目各利益相關(guān)方之間的協(xié)同,從而提高項(xiàng)目績(jī)效提供了理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Choosing the right project delivery mode can effectively improve the performance of the project, but none of the project delivery models can be applied to all projects. There are many factors to be taken into account when selecting specific delivery modes. As the construction environment of the project becomes more and more complex and the construction conditions become more and more harsh, all stakeholders of the project are required to cooperate fully to ensure the successful implementation of the project. However, at present, in the field of project delivery mode selection, there is a lack of research on the selection methods that fully consider the stakeholders of the project. This paper mainly focuses on the selection method of project delivery mode considering all stakeholders in the collaborative environment. Based on a large number of literature studies, this paper first analyzes the specific forms, advantages and disadvantages of collaborative project delivery model. The network relationship and the weight among the stakeholders in the collaborative project delivery model are analyzed by using the social network analysis method. This paper summarizes the factors that the project stakeholders consider when choosing the project delivery mode through a large number of literature, and includes four aspects: project performance, stakeholder coordination, contract concern and external environment. Then, from the point of view of multi-party and multi-factor analysis, the MAMCA method is used to analyze the choice of project delivery mode in collaborative environment. Through the case study, the paper summarizes the scores of different project delivery modes in the various project stakeholders, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each collaborative delivery model through the overall analysis and individual analysis. Based on the preference and position of each stakeholder of engineering project, this paper analyzes the factors concerned, and chooses the project delivery mode in collaborative environment through multi-party and multi-factor analysis. This research not only contributes to the theory of project delivery mode selection, but also provides theoretical guidance for further promoting the cooperation among the stakeholders in the collaborative environment and improving the project performance.
