【摘要】：正德國的城市風貌規(guī)劃彌補了控制性詳細規(guī)劃在管控城市風貌方面的粗放性缺陷,為微觀層面的城市規(guī)劃管理提供了依據(jù),因此不失為一種塑造城市歷史風貌的有效工具。通過解讀德國風貌規(guī)劃的地位、內(nèi)容、實施等內(nèi)容,認為需重新認識風貌規(guī)劃的必要性,確立風貌規(guī)劃在城市規(guī)劃體系中的地位,并在傳統(tǒng)控規(guī)的基礎上進一步深化編制內(nèi)容、深度及控制指標體系�！獧谀恐鞒秩说聡某鞘衅毡榫哂袃�(yōu)美的城市景觀風貌,很多城市如海德堡、烏爾姆等城市的聞名不僅在于其建筑的精美,更在于其協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一的城市整體風
[Abstract]:The urban landscape planning in Germany has made up for the extensive defects of the controlling detailed planning in controlling the urban features and provided the basis for the urban planning and management at the micro level, so it is an effective tool for shaping the historical features of the cities. By interpreting the status, content and implementation of German style and feature planning, it is considered that it is necessary to re-understand the necessity of style and feature planning, to establish the position of style and feature planning in the urban planning system, and to further deepen the compilation of the content on the basis of traditional regulations. Depth and Control Index system. -The cities of Germany generally have beautiful urban landscape. Many cities, such as Heidelberg and Ulm, are famous not only for their fine architecture, It's more about the overall urban wind, which is coordinated and unified.
