【摘要】：商業(yè)綜合體作為城市建筑一體化的物質(zhì)體現(xiàn)，其發(fā)展映射了城市化的進程。城市交通系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展使商業(yè)綜合體與城市之間的結合方式有重大轉(zhuǎn)變。交通流線組織是引導消費行為的重要手段，商業(yè)綜合體的交通流線組織相對于其他類型的商業(yè)建筑來說也更加復雜。因此，交通流線組織無疑是商業(yè)綜合體設計的重要內(nèi)容，是其正常運作的重要保障。 本課題以建筑設計理論為基礎，系統(tǒng)研究了商業(yè)綜合體交通流線的組織問題。在對國內(nèi)外商業(yè)綜合體及其交通流線組織研究現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎上，對商業(yè)綜合體及其交通流線組織進行了解析；針對我國商業(yè)綜合體交通流線組織的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢，，對影響商業(yè)綜合體交通流線組織設計的主要因素進行了剖析；在此基礎上，通過對比分析對商業(yè)綜合體外部交通流線組織的設計方法進行了分析，提出了外部交通流線組織的優(yōu)化設計方法；對商業(yè)綜合體內(nèi)部交通流線組織的方法從水平和垂直兩個維度分別進行了研究，并對兩者結合的引導性設計進行探討，從而優(yōu)化內(nèi)部交通流線組織的系統(tǒng)設計。通過對案例的交通流線組織系統(tǒng)的分析和總結，對提出的優(yōu)化設計方法進行初步論證，指出交通流線組織的優(yōu)化設計對商業(yè)綜合體發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實意義。 本課題采用案例分析、對比分析、理論與實踐結合的研究方法，對商業(yè)綜合體交通流線系統(tǒng)的組織設計方法進行了優(yōu)化，希望對商業(yè)綜合體交通流線組織的設計能夠有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As the material embodiment of the integration of urban architecture, the development of commercial complex reflects the process of urbanization. The development of urban transportation system has made a significant change in the mode of integration between commercial complexes and cities. Traffic streamline organization is an important means to guide consumption behavior, and the traffic streamline organization of commercial complex is more complex than other types of commercial buildings. Therefore, traffic streamline organization is undoubtedly an important content of commercial complex design and an important guarantee for its normal operation. Based on architectural design theory, this paper systematically studies the organization of traffic streamline in commercial complex. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign commercial complex and its traffic streamline organization, this paper analyzes the commercial complex and its traffic streamline organization, aiming at the current situation and development trend of the commercial complex traffic streamline organization in China. On the basis of analyzing the main factors that affect the traffic streamline organization design of commercial complex, the design method of traffic streamline organization outside commercial complex is analyzed through comparative analysis. The optimization design method of external traffic streamline organization is put forward, the method of traffic streamline organization in commercial complex is studied from horizontal and vertical dimensions, and the guiding design of the combination of the two is discussed. In order to optimize the internal traffic streamline organization system design. Based on the analysis and summary of the traffic streamline organization system of a case, the proposed optimization design method is preliminarily demonstrated, and the practical significance of the optimal design of traffic streamline organization to the development of commercial complex is pointed out. In this paper, a case study, a comparative analysis and a combination of theory and practice are used to optimize the organization design method of the traffic streamline system of commercial complex. It is hoped that the design of traffic streamline organization of commercial complex can be used for reference.
