注漿抬升的數(shù)值模擬及抬升規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:摘要:注漿抬升是采用注漿的方式加固軟弱松散地層,通過漿液的注入,借助漿液傳遞注漿壓力,從而使被注土體產(chǎn)生向上位移。本文在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,探討總結(jié)了劈裂注漿、壓密注漿、滲透注漿的注漿力學(xué)及漿液擴散理論,研究了三種注漿方式之間的區(qū)別,并采用數(shù)值模擬的方式,深入研究了注漿的力學(xué)特性、不同因素對注漿抬升效果的影響、不同因素對注漿最大抬升量和地表位移變化的影響規(guī)律。其主要內(nèi)容如下: (1)在廣泛研究中外文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了注漿工程的理論研究現(xiàn)狀,探討了注漿抬升機理,明確了不同注漿形式下,土體的破壞形式,并說明了壓密注漿和滲透注漿極限壓力的存在。 (2)采用數(shù)值模擬的手段,對劈裂注漿、壓密注漿、滲透注漿進行了數(shù)值計算,通過對模擬過程進行注漿力學(xué)特性分析,確定數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果的合理性。通過對數(shù)值計算結(jié)果進行分析,確定了不同注漿方式下土體的破壞模式、土體內(nèi)孔隙壓力和小主應(yīng)力的變化規(guī)律、注漿引起土體內(nèi)部位移的傳遞方式以及注漿引起的土體內(nèi)體積應(yīng)變變化規(guī)律,明確了注漿的力學(xué)特性、加固機理以及三種注漿形式之間的聯(lián)系。 (3)對不同注漿形式的抬升模式進行了大量計算,得出了注漿深度、地層彈性模量、注漿壓力等不同因素對注漿抬升量的影響規(guī)律以及對注漿引起的地表抬升范圍的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: grouting uplift is used to strengthen soft loose strata by grouting, through the injection of slurry, the grouting pressure is transferred with the aid of grouting, thus causing upward displacement of injected soil. Based on the previous research results, this paper discusses and summarizes the grouting mechanics and grouting diffusion theory of split grouting, compaction grouting and permeable grouting, studies the differences between the three grouting modes, and adopts the numerical simulation method. The mechanical properties of grouting, the influence of different factors on grouting uplift and the influence of different factors on the maximum uplift and surface displacement of grouting are studied. The main contents are as follows: (1) on the basis of extensive research on Chinese and foreign literature, the present situation of theoretical research on grouting engineering is summarized, the mechanism of grouting uplift is discussed, and the failure forms of soil under different grouting forms are defined. The existence of the limit pressure of compaction grouting and permeable grouting is explained. The numerical simulation method is used to calculate the splitting grouting, the compaction grouting and the permeable grouting, and the mechanical properties of the grouting are analyzed through the simulation process. The rationality of the numerical simulation results is determined. By analyzing the results of numerical calculation, the failure mode of soil, the variation of pore pressure and small principal stress in soil under different grouting modes are determined. The transfer mode of internal displacement caused by grouting and the variation law of volume strain in soil caused by grouting have made clear the mechanical characteristics of grouting. The reinforcement mechanism and the relationship between the three grouting forms. The uplift modes of different grouting forms have been calculated extensively, and the grouting depth and elastic modulus of the stratum have been obtained. The influence of grouting pressure and other factors on grouting uplift and on the range of surface uplift caused by grouting.
