【摘要】：隨著深圳城市化發(fā)展迅速,原有的古村不斷地被城中村、新建筑所替代,保存較好的古村屈指可數(shù),這也是深圳文化性缺失的一個(gè)重要原因。公共服務(wù)設(shè)施作為城市建設(shè)的必需品,可分為服務(wù)于城市和服務(wù)于城鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村兩類(lèi),中央關(guān)于城鎮(zhèn)化會(huì)議中指出,城鎮(zhèn)化是現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的必經(jīng)之路,要提高人口素質(zhì)和居民生活質(zhì)量,要傳承文化,發(fā)展有歷史記憶、地域特色、民族特點(diǎn)的美麗城鎮(zhèn)。本文以鳳凰古村為研究對(duì)象,使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法對(duì)其公共服務(wù)設(shè)施進(jìn)行研究,根據(jù)鳳凰古村的人口構(gòu)成、歷史價(jià)值等特殊性對(duì)其公共服務(wù)設(shè)施進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。本文首先通過(guò)研究鳳凰古村的背景得出其是一座歷史文化悠久,保存較完整的文化古村,進(jìn)而是一座具有旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ墓糯?但是現(xiàn)狀的環(huán)境、配套設(shè)施等因素的不完善成為鳳凰古村保護(hù)與發(fā)展的一個(gè)制約因素。本文采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)鳳凰古村及周邊居住區(qū)內(nèi)的居民和游客進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)研,得出居民和游客所需要的服務(wù)設(shè)施種類(lèi)。其次采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法,對(duì)鳳凰古村及周邊居住區(qū)內(nèi)的生活類(lèi)服務(wù)設(shè)施和旅游類(lèi)服務(wù)設(shè)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)出現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題,問(wèn)題結(jié)果表明,鳳凰古村的居民生活類(lèi)服務(wù)設(shè)施種類(lèi)不全,數(shù)量不足;旅游類(lèi)服務(wù)設(shè)施種類(lèi)不全,缺少最佳旅游游覽路線等現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述得出的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合問(wèn)卷調(diào)研得出村民對(duì)設(shè)施的意見(jiàn),使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法對(duì)設(shè)施進(jìn)行數(shù)量的合理配置,以及要考慮鳳凰古村周邊區(qū)域建成度,沒(méi)有大量的空地可進(jìn)行建設(shè),因此只能在現(xiàn)狀建筑中附設(shè)或使用現(xiàn)狀危房和坍塌房進(jìn)行設(shè)施位置的合理配置。針對(duì)鳳凰古村及周邊居住區(qū)進(jìn)行生活類(lèi)服務(wù)設(shè)施配置時(shí),其結(jié)果可為相同規(guī)模大小的文化古村提供相關(guān)依據(jù)。針對(duì)旅游類(lèi)服務(wù)設(shè)施的增設(shè)的同時(shí),可為古村景區(qū)的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展提供完善的基礎(chǔ)條件,促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)的大力發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)氐木蜆I(yè)率,增加當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)收入,進(jìn)而使得古村可持續(xù)發(fā)展,同時(shí)也為其它將要發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的相同規(guī)模大小的古村給予借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in Shenzhen, the original ancient villages are constantly replaced by the villages in the city, new buildings are replaced, and only a few old villages have been preserved, which is also an important reason for the lack of culture in Shenzhen. As a necessity of urban construction, public service facilities can be divided into two categories: serving the city and serving the towns and villages. The Central Committee Conference on urbanization pointed out that urbanization is the only way to modernization. It is necessary to improve the quality of population and the quality of life of residents, to inherit culture and to develop beautiful towns with historical memory, regional characteristics and national characteristics. This paper takes Phoenix ancient village as the research object, uses the network analysis method to study its public service facilities, and optimizes the public service facilities according to the particularity of the population composition and historical value of Phoenix ancient village. First of all, by studying the background of the ancient village of Phoenix, we find that it is an ancient village with a long history and culture and a relatively complete preservation, and then an ancient village with the potential for the development of the tourism industry, but the present situation of the village. The imperfection of supporting facilities and other factors has become a restriction factor for the protection and development of Phoenix Ancient Village. This paper uses the method of questionnaire to investigate the residents and tourists in Phoenix Ancient Village and its surrounding residential areas, and get the types of service facilities needed by residents and tourists. Secondly, the network analysis method is used to analyze the present situation of the living service facilities and tourism service facilities in Phoenix Ancient Village and its surrounding residential areas, and the problems existing in the present situation are summarized. The results show that, The types of living service facilities in Phoenix Ancient Village are not complete and the quantity is insufficient, and the types of tourist services facilities are not complete and the best tourist tour routes are lacking and so on. In view of the above problems, combined with the questionnaire survey, the villagers' opinions on the facilities, the rational allocation of the number of facilities using the network analysis method, and the building degree of the surrounding area of the ancient village of Phoenix should be considered, and there is no large number of open spaces to be built. Therefore, the location of the facilities can only be reasonably arranged by attaching or using the present dangerous buildings and collapsed buildings in the present buildings. When the living service facilities are allocated to the Phoenix Ancient Village and its surrounding residential areas, the results can provide the relevant basis for the cultural ancient villages of the same size. In view of the establishment of tourist service facilities, it can provide perfect basic conditions for the development of tourism in Gucun scenic spots, promote the vigorous development of tourism, stimulate the local employment rate, and increase the local economic income. So that the sustainable development of ancient villages, but also for the development of tourism industry of the same size of other ancient villages to provide reference.
