BIM技術(shù)在廣州市財富中心項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:建筑業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,必須實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。而傳統(tǒng)的建筑業(yè)管理模式落后、生產(chǎn)效率低下、資源浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重,使得我國建筑業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展受阻。因此,BIM技術(shù)等新技術(shù)的研究成為建筑行業(yè)專家的一個熱點(diǎn),給建筑業(yè)帶來了新的希望。BIM技術(shù)作為在建筑工程領(lǐng)域繼CAD技術(shù)后的又一次革命,其應(yīng)用可以貫穿工程項(xiàng)目的全生命周期。但是,在我國,BIM技術(shù)主要應(yīng)用在設(shè)計(jì)階段。而施工階段作為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目生命周期至關(guān)重要的階段,應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)將為施工企業(yè)帶來進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量的改善。因此,研究施工企業(yè)利用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行精細(xì)化管理顯得尤為重要。 本文基于上述現(xiàn)狀,首先詳細(xì)闡述了BIM技術(shù)的基本理論:BIM技術(shù)的概念、特點(diǎn)及工程意義,明確了BIM技術(shù)在建筑行業(yè)的定位,同時通過把CAD技術(shù)與BIM技術(shù)作對比,突出BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)越性。還介紹了本文BIM技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)手段--Revit軟件;其次,分析了BIM技術(shù)在建筑項(xiàng)目各階段的應(yīng)用,研究了我國應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)面臨的問題,并分析了我國發(fā)展BIM技術(shù)的必然性;第三,以廣州市財富中心項(xiàng)目為案例,對施工企業(yè)應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)做具體分析。研究BIM技術(shù)在優(yōu)化施工場地布置、三維可視化、圖紙復(fù)核和碰撞檢測、施工模擬、工程量統(tǒng)計(jì)、綜合管線布置等方面對項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量、工期、成本和施工安全等的影響,肯定了BIM技術(shù)的價值。最后,總結(jié)本文的研究成果,并對施工企業(yè)應(yīng)用BIM技術(shù)提出建議。 BIM技術(shù)在財富中心項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用,節(jié)約了建筑成本、縮短了施工進(jìn)度、確保了施工安全,同時提高了工程質(zhì)量,為施工企業(yè)利用BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行施工精細(xì)化管理提供了思路和過程,具有一定的實(shí)踐價值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,有利于BIM技術(shù)的推廣。
[Abstract]:As one of the pillar industries of our national economy, construction industry must realize sustainable development. However, the traditional management mode of construction industry is backward, the production efficiency is low, and the waste of resources is serious, which impedes the sustainable development of the construction industry in our country. Therefore, the research of new technology, such as BIM technology, has become a hot spot of experts in the construction industry, and has brought new hope to the construction industry. BIM technology is regarded as another revolution after CAD technology in the field of construction engineering. Its application can run through the whole life cycle of the project. However, in China, BIM technology is mainly used in the design stage. As the critical stage of the construction project life cycle, the application of BIM technology will bring progress, cost and quality improvement to the construction enterprise. Therefore, it is very important to study the use of BIM technology for fine management in construction enterprises. Based on the above situation, this paper firstly elaborates the concept, characteristics and engineering significance of the basic theory of BIM technology: BIM technology. The positioning of BIM technology in construction industry is clarified, and the superiority of BIM technology is highlighted by comparing CAD technology with BIM technology. The paper also introduces the implementation of BIM technology in this paper, Revit software. Secondly, it analyzes the application of BIM technology in various stages of construction projects, studies the problems faced by the application of BIM technology in China, and analyzes the inevitability of developing BIM technology in China. Taking the wealth center project of Guangzhou as a case, the application of BIM technology in construction enterprises is analyzed. This paper studies the effects of BIM technology on project quality, duration, cost and construction safety in aspects of optimizing construction site layout, 3D visualization, drawing review and collision detection, construction simulation, quantity statistics, comprehensive pipeline layout, etc. The value of BIM technology is affirmed. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results of this paper, and puts forward some suggestions for the application of BIM technology in construction enterprises. The application of BIM technology in the wealth center project saves the construction cost, shortens the construction progress, ensures the construction safety and improves the engineering quality. It provides the train of thought and process for the construction enterprise to use BIM technology to carry on the construction fine management, has the certain practice value and the realistic significance, is advantageous to the BIM technology popularization.
