【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為一種獨(dú)特的旅游形式，在推動(dòng)旅游目的地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，尤其是促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)剜l(xiāng)村居民的收入增加等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。但在國內(nèi)的鄉(xiāng)村旅游實(shí)際開發(fā)過程中，鄉(xiāng)村旅游的富民效用卻未能很好體現(xiàn)。蘇州沿太湖地區(qū)生態(tài)敏感性高，開發(fā)控制要求嚴(yán)，鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展不僅是當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要手段，也是當(dāng)?shù)鼐用襁M(jìn)一步增加收入的主要途徑之一。因此，本研究以蘇州沿太湖地區(qū)的鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為研究對(duì)象，通過可持續(xù)生計(jì)理論的引導(dǎo)，針對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展及規(guī)劃提出相應(yīng)的策略，，以期更好的促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展，提高鄉(xiāng)村居民的可持續(xù)生計(jì)能力。 本文首先對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村旅游與可持續(xù)生計(jì)及其他相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了研究綜述，分析鄉(xiāng)村旅游對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)的作用及其與居民可持續(xù)生計(jì)能力之間的關(guān)系。其次，在蘇州沿太湖地區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察調(diào)研，對(duì)該地區(qū)的鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做出解析，并從當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦囊暯侨胧�，通過問卷調(diào)查與訪談的形式，評(píng)估其可持續(xù)生計(jì)能力。并綜合上述調(diào)查，剖析沿太湖地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展中存在的問題。再次，以提高當(dāng)?shù)鼐用窨沙掷m(xù)生計(jì)能力為導(dǎo)向，以增加當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裆?jì)資本為目標(biāo)，分別從鄉(xiāng)村居民的旅游資本、自然資本、人力資本、社會(huì)資本、物質(zhì)資本與金融資本著手，提出蘇州沿太湖地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展策略。最后，結(jié)合發(fā)展策略，分別從鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展規(guī)劃與空間規(guī)劃層面提出規(guī)劃策略。
[Abstract]:As a unique form of tourism, rural tourism plays an important role in promoting the economic development of tourism destination, especially in increasing the income of local rural residents. However, in the actual development of rural tourism in China, the utility of rural tourism is not well reflected. The development of rural tourism is not only an important means of local economic development, but also one of the main ways for local residents to further increase their income. Therefore, this study takes the rural tourism along Taihu Lake in Suzhou as the research object, through the guidance of the sustainable livelihood theory, puts forward the corresponding strategies for the development and planning of rural tourism, in order to better promote the development of rural tourism. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research on rural tourism, sustainable livelihood and other related theoretical knowledge. This paper analyzes the role of rural tourism in rural areas and the relationship between rural tourism and the sustainable livelihood of residents. Secondly, in Suzhou along the Taihu Lake area field investigation, the analysis of the current situation of rural tourism development in this area, and from the perspective of local residents, through questionnaires and interviews to assess their sustainable livelihood capacity. The problems existing in the development of rural tourism along Taihu Lake are analyzed. Third, to improve the sustainable livelihood of local residents as a guide, to increase the local residents' livelihood capital as the goal, from the rural residents' tourism capital, natural capital, human capital, social capital, material capital and financial capital, respectively, start from the rural residents' tourism capital, natural capital, human capital, social capital, material capital and financial capital. The development strategy of rural tourism along Taihu Lake in Suzhou is put forward. Finally, combined with the development strategy, the planning strategies are put forward from the aspects of rural tourism development planning and spatial planning.
