再生骨料的強化處理與摻加纖維對再生混凝土性能影響

【摘要】:本學(xué)位論文試驗研究了骨料處理和摻加纖維對再生骨料混凝土性能的影響。論文對三種骨料(天然骨料NA、再生骨料RA、經(jīng)過滲透結(jié)晶處理的再生骨料RA-1)的性能進行了測試,并對天然骨料及再生粗骨料的多角度性進行了嘗試性表征。選擇了三種增強再生骨料混凝土性能的方法:1、用滲透結(jié)晶材料對再生骨料進行處理;2、在再生骨料混凝土中加入聚丙烯纖維;3、在再生骨料混凝土中加入鋼纖維。通過力學(xué)性能試驗及耐久性能試驗檢驗了三種增強方法的效果。 論文主要分為兩個部分:1、對粗骨料性能的研究。對天然骨料、再生骨料、處理后的再生骨料的級配性能、表觀密度、吸水率和吸水性、壓碎指標(biāo)及堅固性的測試;對骨料的多角度性進行了表征,對比了天然粗骨料和再生粗骨料的差異。2、對再生骨料混凝土性能的研究。通過制備兩個水膠比(0.26、0.60)共計十種混凝土來研究對骨料進行滲透結(jié)晶處理、聚丙烯纖維增強及鋼纖維增強對再生骨料混凝土性能的影響。 結(jié)果表明再生骨料RA的性能較差不僅體現(xiàn)在表觀密度低、級配差、吸水率高、壓碎指標(biāo)差、堅固性指標(biāo)差,在顆粒形狀多角度性指標(biāo)上也與天然骨料有較大差距。三種改良方法均有一定效果,其中對再生骨料進行滲透結(jié)晶處理在0.26水膠比能夠顯著提高再生骨料混凝土力學(xué)性能中的抗壓強度和劈裂抗拉強度;摻加鋼纖維在0.26水膠比的情況下亦能在不改變抗壓強度的同時顯著提高再生骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉強度和斷裂能;聚丙烯纖維的增強僅體現(xiàn)在對斷裂能的提升上,且在0.60水膠比時的效果要好于0.26水膠比的,聚丙烯纖維的摻入對再生骨料混凝土的抗氯離子滲透能力有一定削弱作用。
[Abstract]:In this dissertation, the effect of aggregate treatment and fiber addition on the properties of recycled aggregate concrete was studied. In this paper, the properties of three kinds of aggregates (natural aggregate NA, recycled aggregate RA-1) were tested, and the multi-angle properties of natural aggregate and regenerated coarse aggregate were investigated. Three methods to enhance the performance of recycled aggregate concrete were selected: 1. The recycled aggregate was treated with osmotic crystallization material. Polypropylene fiber was added to recycled aggregate concrete and steel fiber was added to recycled aggregate concrete. The results of three reinforcement methods were tested by mechanical property test and durability test. The paper is divided into two parts: 1, the performance of coarse aggregate. The gradation performance, apparent density, water absorption and water absorption, crushing index and firmness of natural aggregate, recycled aggregate and treated recycled aggregate were tested. The performance of recycled aggregate concrete was studied by comparing the difference between natural coarse aggregate and recycled coarse aggregate. Ten kinds of concrete were prepared with two water-binder ratios of 0.26 ~ 0.60) to study the effects of percolation and crystallization of aggregate, reinforcement of polypropylene fiber and reinforcement of steel fiber on the properties of recycled aggregate concrete. The results show that the poor performance of recycled aggregate RA is not only reflected in low apparent density, grade difference, high water absorption, poor crushing index, poor firmness index, but also has a big gap with natural aggregate in the multi-angle index of particle shape. Among the three improved methods, the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength of recycled aggregate concrete can be significantly improved by the permeation crystallization treatment of recycled aggregate at 0.26 water-binder ratio. Under the condition of 0.26 water-binder ratio of steel fiber, the splitting tensile strength and fracture energy of recycled aggregate concrete can be significantly improved without changing the compressive strength, and the reinforcement of polypropylene fiber is only reflected in the enhancement of fracture energy. When the ratio of water to binder is 0.60, the effect is better than that of 0.26. The addition of polypropylene fiber weakens the chloride penetration resistance of recycled aggregate concrete to some extent.
