基于全生命周期成本理論的綠色建筑技術(shù)成本分析

【摘要】:隨著全球氣候環(huán)境問題愈演愈烈,加之建筑業(yè)對于資源環(huán)境的消耗與影響,人們愈發(fā)關(guān)注綠色建筑的發(fā)展。盡管當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于綠色建筑的研究較多且成果頗豐,但是缺乏對于綠色建筑技術(shù)成本進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的分析,對于綠色建筑技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的全生命周期成本中環(huán)境成本的考慮不夠充分。本文從全生命周期角度出發(fā),將綠色建筑各技術(shù)全生命周期對于環(huán)境資源的影響以環(huán)境成本計入系統(tǒng)全生命周期成本中,估算了綠色建筑適宜技術(shù)的全生命周期成本。幫助綠色建筑投資者及社會公眾更加準(zhǔn)確地認(rèn)識、了解綠色建筑技術(shù)所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益和環(huán)境收益,推動我國綠色建筑的發(fā)展,節(jié)約建筑行業(yè)的資源能耗。 本文所做的主要工作和取得的主要結(jié)論分述如下: 第一章緒論。介紹了本文研究背景,提出了本文的研究目的與意義。就近年國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究從技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)角度進(jìn)行了綜述與總結(jié),得出前人研究中存在的不足,確定了本文將技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)分析相結(jié)合的研究內(nèi)容,明確了研究方法,設(shè)計了本文的技術(shù)路線。 第二章相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)。定義了綠色建筑的內(nèi)涵,概括其特點(diǎn)。闡述了環(huán)境資源價值理論,針對全生命周期成本理論從成本構(gòu)建主體、全生命周期組成階段以及綠色建筑構(gòu)建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三個角度進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,將生命周期組成階段與綠色建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)角度下的全生命周期成本理論進(jìn)行比較。 第三章綠色建筑節(jié)地節(jié)水技術(shù)全生命周期成本分析。首先介紹本文研究的模擬項目概況。隨后,在分析綠色建筑節(jié)地與節(jié)水指標(biāo)中適宜技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過市場調(diào)查,文獻(xiàn)閱讀法對屋頂綠化技術(shù)、中水回用技術(shù)以及采用節(jié)水器具技術(shù)進(jìn)行全生命周期成本分析。 第四章綠色建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)全生命周期成本分析。分別對太陽能采暖系統(tǒng)和綠色空調(diào)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行理論分析,通過市場調(diào)查法獲取不同太陽能采暖系統(tǒng)的全生命周期成本。利用DeST軟件模擬空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗并進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,獲取空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的初始建造成本及運(yùn)行成本,并作全生命周期成本分析。最后在同類技術(shù)中進(jìn)行比較。 第五章綠色建筑節(jié)材及室內(nèi)環(huán)境技術(shù)全生命周期成本分析。采用碳排放系數(shù)法及文獻(xiàn)閱讀法獲取節(jié)約型材料的環(huán)境污染物排放量,并根據(jù)國際碳匯率及南京市污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)計算出材料的環(huán)境成本,通過市場調(diào)查獲取節(jié)約型建筑材料的建造成本,最終得出節(jié)約型材料的全生命周期成本,并在同類型材料中進(jìn)行比較。最后對室內(nèi)環(huán)境技術(shù)進(jìn)行理論分析,,并選取市場上同一廠家成產(chǎn)的代表兩種不同凈化原理的家用空氣凈化器進(jìn)行全生命周期成本分析與比較。
[Abstract]:With the global climate and environment problem becoming more and more serious, people pay more attention to the development of green building because of the consumption and influence of the construction industry to the resources and environment. Although scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on green building, there is a lack of systematic analysis on the cost of green building technology. The environmental cost in the whole life cycle cost of green building technology system is not considered enough. From the point of view of the whole life cycle, this paper estimates the whole life cycle cost of the suitable technology of green building by taking the impact of the whole life cycle of the green building technology into the whole life cycle cost of the system with the environmental cost. To help green building investors and the public to understand more accurately, understand the economic benefits and environmental benefits generated by green building technology, promote the development of green buildings in China, and save energy consumption in construction industry. The main work and conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows: The first chapter is introduction. The research background of this paper is introduced, and the purpose and significance of this paper are put forward. In recent years, domestic and foreign related studies have been summarized and summarized from the point of view of technology and economy, the shortcomings of previous studies have been obtained, the research content of combining technology and economic analysis in this paper has been determined, and the research methods have been clarified. The technical route of this paper is designed. The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis. The connotation of green building is defined and its characteristics are summarized. This paper expounds the theory of environmental resource value, analyzes the whole life cycle cost theory from three angles of cost construction subject, whole life cycle composition stage and construction standard of green building. The life cycle component stage is compared with the whole life cycle cost theory in the view of green building standard. The third chapter analyzes the whole life-cycle cost of green building land-saving and water-saving technology. First of all, this paper introduces the research of the simulation project overview. Then, on the basis of analyzing the suitable technology in the green building land saving and water saving index, the whole life cycle cost analysis of roof greening technology, reclaimed water reuse technology and water-saving appliance technology is carried out through market investigation and literature reading method. The fourth chapter analyzes the whole life cycle cost of green building energy saving technology. The theoretical analysis of solar heating system and green air conditioning system is carried out, and the whole life cycle cost of different solar heating system is obtained by market survey. The energy consumption of air conditioning system is simulated by DeST software and economic analysis is carried out. The initial construction cost and operation cost of air conditioning system are obtained, and the whole life cycle cost analysis is made. Finally, a comparison is made in the same technology. Chapter five analyses the whole life cycle cost of green building and indoor environment technology. The carbon emission coefficient method and literature reading method were used to obtain the environmental pollutant emissions of the energy-saving materials, and the environmental cost of the materials was calculated according to the international carbon exchange rate and the emission standards of pollutants in Nanjing. The construction cost of economical construction materials is obtained through market investigation, and the whole life cycle cost of the economical construction materials is obtained and compared with the same type of materials. Finally, the theory of indoor environment technology is analyzed, and the whole life cycle cost analysis and comparison of domestic air purifier, which represent two different purifying principles, which are produced by the same manufacturer in the market, are carried out.
