【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、社會的進(jìn)步以及醫(yī)療水平的不斷提高,世界各國相繼出現(xiàn)“老齡化”的社會趨勢。中國也顯露出老年人口逐年增多、人口年齡層次的改變、地域分布不均勻、老齡化嚴(yán)重的形勢。城市中住區(qū)環(huán)境的退化加之體弱多病老人增多以及獨(dú)生子女等相關(guān)政策的影響,使得大多數(shù)家庭面臨同時(shí)贍養(yǎng)幾位“失能老人”的生活難題,導(dǎo)致原有的生活方式和空間布局受到嚴(yán)重沖擊。本課題以“失能老人”為研究對象,對其進(jìn)行重新定義、分類以及特征剖析。從社會結(jié)構(gòu)、生活模式及城市空間布局等方面進(jìn)行多方位合作模式研究與養(yǎng)老設(shè)施規(guī)劃探索,旨在探求適合中國國情的失能老人社區(qū)養(yǎng)老模式和設(shè)施規(guī)劃的發(fā)展方向。論文圍繞以人文關(guān)懷的“人本主義”為宗旨展開研究,闡述了研究背景、意義、國內(nèi)外失能老人的生活現(xiàn)狀、理論研究、協(xié)作方式和實(shí)踐成果等,指出現(xiàn)階段失能老人社區(qū)養(yǎng)老協(xié)作模式的不足并提出改進(jìn)意見；同時(shí)針對具體案例進(jìn)行大量的調(diào)研與數(shù)據(jù)化分析,將歐洲、美國、東亞以及中國的不同養(yǎng)老設(shè)施規(guī)劃案例進(jìn)行分析比較,運(yùn)用城市規(guī)劃管理、空間規(guī)劃、設(shè)施建設(shè)和建筑設(shè)計(jì)的綜合視角進(jìn)行專業(yè)化深入研究,根據(jù)空間的具體實(shí)施辦法提出相關(guān)設(shè)想。力圖為失能老人的晚年生活提供一些社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的協(xié)作概念,為老齡化社會下失能老人的城市空間設(shè)施規(guī)劃提供解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the progress of society and the continuous improvement of medical treatment, the social trend of "aging" appears in every country in the world. China also shows that the aging population is increasing year by year, the age level of the population is changing, the regional distribution is uneven, and the aging situation is serious. The degradation of residential environment in cities, coupled with the increasing number of infirm elderly people and the impact of related policies such as the one-child policy, make most families face the problem of supporting several disabled elderly people at the same time. Cause original life style and space layout to suffer serious impact. In this study, the disabled elderly are redefined, classified and analyzed. From the aspects of social structure, life mode and urban spatial layout, this paper studies the multi-directional cooperative mode and the planning of the old-age facilities, in order to explore the development direction of the community pension model and facilities planning for the disabled elderly, which is suitable for the national conditions of China. The thesis focuses on the humanism of humanistic concern, expounds the research background, significance, the living conditions of disabled elderly at home and abroad, the theoretical research, the way of cooperation and the results of practice, etc. It points out the deficiency of the mode of community pension cooperation for the disabled elderly at present and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. At the same time, a large number of research and data analysis are carried out on the specific cases to make Europe, the United States, The different pension facilities planning cases in East Asia and China are analyzed and compared, and the comprehensive perspective of urban planning management, spatial planning, facility construction and architectural design is used to conduct a professional and in-depth study. According to the space of the specific implementation of the relevant ideas. This paper tries to provide some cooperative concepts of community old-age support for the disabled in their old age, and to provide a solution for the urban spatial facilities planning of the disabled in an aging society.
