【摘要】：在改善生活環(huán)境的這條路上,人類一直沒(méi)有停止過(guò)追求的步伐,對(duì)于營(yíng)造一個(gè)更加完善、更有生活氣息住區(qū)環(huán)境的路上一直不懈的努力著。繼萬(wàn)科四季花城系列開(kāi)放式住區(qū)建成之后,越來(lái)越多面向城市的“大區(qū)開(kāi)放,組團(tuán)封閉”的住區(qū)模式進(jìn)入人們的視野。而入口又是整個(gè)開(kāi)放式住區(qū)與城市的過(guò)渡空間,其形式的優(yōu)劣直接影響到住區(qū)與城市之間的協(xié)調(diào)性。文章第一部分由前兩章組成,首先對(duì)研究的背景做了解釋,然后進(jìn)行了相關(guān)概念的詮釋,隨后明確了入口在住區(qū)當(dāng)中的意義,最后追溯了入口的演變過(guò)程并闡述了其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。文章第二部分為第三章第四章,重點(diǎn)對(duì)開(kāi)放式住區(qū)入口的空間進(jìn)行了分析。第三章著重于宏觀方面的空間形態(tài)。先是將空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行界定,闡明其特征。然后分析空間整體構(gòu)成形態(tài),其分為外圍過(guò)渡空間、引導(dǎo)空間以及核心空間。隨后進(jìn)行了空間序列組織方面的分析,包括整體性、合理性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、藝術(shù)美的組織原則以及軸線、遞進(jìn)、并列的組織形式。接著分析了開(kāi)放式住區(qū)入口空間的形成方式,包括開(kāi)放的道路、開(kāi)放的商業(yè)街、開(kāi)放的景觀帶三種方式。最后歸納總結(jié)出了開(kāi)放式住區(qū)入口空間的5個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。第四章從微觀方面對(duì)空間的景觀構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行分析,分別從鋪裝、小品、水景以及植物四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。對(duì)這四種要素所構(gòu)成的不用的空間效果進(jìn)行分析。文章的第三部分為第五章,重點(diǎn)分析了開(kāi)放式住區(qū)入口的功能,從交通功能以及配套服務(wù)功能兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行。交通功能方面的分析,包括人車共存模式下的道路斷面設(shè)計(jì)、行車速度控制措施、交通流量控制措施以及人車分行模式下的平面分流方式、立體分流方式。接著又分析了在選擇交通模式時(shí)需要考慮的影響因素。然后著重進(jìn)行配套服務(wù)功能的分析。先是明確了規(guī)范中的配套公共服務(wù)設(shè)施的分類及標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并總結(jié)了其設(shè)計(jì)原則。然后對(duì)配套商業(yè)設(shè)施的布局及業(yè)態(tài)選擇進(jìn)行分析。接著對(duì)配套健身娛樂(lè)設(shè)施的相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡述。文章的結(jié)尾部分為第六章結(jié)語(yǔ)。對(duì)整篇論文的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了一些總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:On the way of improving the living environment, human beings have not stopped pursuing the pace, and have been making unremitting efforts to create a more perfect and more living environment. Following the completion of Vanke four Seasons Flower City series open residential area, more and more "open, group closed" residential area model for the city has entered people's vision. The entrance is the transition space between the whole open residential area and the city, and its form directly affects the coordination between the residential area and the city. The first part of the article is composed of the first two chapters. Firstly, it explains the background of the research, then explains the related concepts, then clarifies the meaning of entrance in the residential area, finally traces the evolution of entrance and expounds its development trend. The second part is the third chapter and the fourth chapter, focusing on the open residential entrance space analysis. The third chapter focuses on the macroscopic spatial form. First of all, the spatial form is defined to clarify its characteristics. Then the paper analyzes the form of the whole space, which is divided into the outer transition space, the guiding space and the core space. Then it analyzes the organization of spatial sequence, including integrity, rationality, economy, the organization principle of artistic beauty, and the organization form of axis, progressive, and juxtaposition. Then it analyzes the formation of open residential entrance space, including open roads, open commercial streets, open landscape belt three ways. Finally, five design points of open residential entrance space are summarized. The fourth chapter analyzes the landscape elements of space from the micro aspect, respectively from the pavement, sketch, waterscape and plant four aspects to elaborate. The spatial effects of these four elements are analyzed. The third part is the fifth chapter, which focuses on the analysis of the function of open residential entrance, from the traffic function and the supporting service function. The analysis of traffic function includes road section design, speed control measure, traffic flow control measure, plane shunt mode and stereoscopic shunt mode under the coexistence mode of human and vehicle. Then it analyzes the factors that need to be considered when choosing the traffic mode. Then focus on the analysis of supporting service functions. First, it clarifies the classification and standard of supporting public service facilities in the specification, and summarizes its design principles. Then the layout of supporting commercial facilities and the selection of business patterns are analyzed. Then the related contents of the supporting fitness and entertainment facilities are expounded. The last part of the article is the conclusion of the sixth chapter. The contents of the whole paper are summarized and prospected.
