小間距鋼梁混凝土空心樓蓋變形試驗(yàn)及機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:為擴(kuò)大“盒式結(jié)構(gòu)”的應(yīng)用范圍,結(jié)合鋼-混組合樓蓋和現(xiàn)澆混凝土空心樓蓋的特點(diǎn),提出一種小間距鋼梁混凝土空心樓蓋,既能降低建筑層高,又能符合“盒式結(jié)構(gòu)”樓蓋受力的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。小間距鋼梁混凝土空心樓蓋是為適用馬克儉院士研發(fā)的盒式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)用于住宅中的一種新型樓蓋,其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)主要體現(xiàn)在梁的間距較小,間距為2m,梁采用H型鋼梁。具有現(xiàn)澆樓蓋豎向剛度和承載力高的特點(diǎn),也具有鋼-混組合樓蓋和“盒式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)”抗震性能優(yōu)越的特點(diǎn)。因此該結(jié)構(gòu)的研究針對(duì)混凝土空心板對(duì)提高鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋剛度的試驗(yàn)和變形機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究,此項(xiàng)研究具有一定的理論價(jià)值和經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。本文通過(guò)原結(jié)構(gòu)1/2縮尺模型試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值分析,研究了小間距鋼梁現(xiàn)澆混凝土空心樓蓋鋼梁與混凝土板彈性階段協(xié)同工作機(jī)理和變形,提出了小間距鋼梁現(xiàn)澆混凝土空心樓蓋的變形計(jì)算方法,對(duì)此類(lèi)樓蓋的變形計(jì)算具有一定的工程意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi)了工作:(1)設(shè)計(jì)、加工及制作了原結(jié)構(gòu)1/2縮尺小間距鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋,對(duì)無(wú)板鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋進(jìn)行豎向加載試驗(yàn),當(dāng)該階段試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,在無(wú)板鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋上澆搗混凝土空心板,并進(jìn)行常規(guī)養(yǎng)護(hù),達(dá)到齡期后,對(duì)其進(jìn)行豎向加載試驗(yàn);(2)通過(guò)對(duì)無(wú)板鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋以及澆搗混凝土空心板的有板鋼混樓蓋的豎向加載試驗(yàn),以及實(shí)驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象、數(shù)據(jù)分析,研究混凝土空心板對(duì)鋼梁樓蓋剛度的影響,并且確定了其影響系數(shù)η;(3)通過(guò)試驗(yàn)獲得的鋼梁和混凝土空心板變形特征和應(yīng)變實(shí)測(cè)值,得出了鋼梁跨中截面的應(yīng)變沿高度的分布特征,以及混凝土空心板垂直梁軸方向的應(yīng)變分布特征;(4)根據(jù)試驗(yàn)理論分析和試驗(yàn)研究,提出小間距鋼梁混凝土空心樓蓋變形機(jī)理和撓度計(jì)算方法,以及剛度的計(jì)算公式;(5)利用有限元軟件ANSYS(14.0)分別對(duì)原結(jié)構(gòu)1/2縮尺試驗(yàn)結(jié)構(gòu)模型的無(wú)板鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋和有板鋼混樓蓋進(jìn)行了模擬,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。
[Abstract]:In order to expand the application scope of "box structure", combined with the characteristics of steel-concrete composite floor and cast-in-place concrete hollow floor, a kind of small spacing steel beam concrete hollow floor is put forward, which can reduce the height of building floor. It can also accord with the structural characteristics of the "box structure" floor. The small spacing steel beam concrete hollow floor is a new type of steel box structure developed for the application of Mark Jian academician in the residence. Its structural characteristics are mainly reflected in the small spacing of the beam, the spacing is 2 m, and the beam is H type steel beam. It has the characteristics of high vertical stiffness and bearing capacity of cast-in-place floor, excellent seismic performance of steel-concrete composite floor and "box steel structure". Therefore, the research of this structure aims at the experiment and deformation mechanism of concrete hollow slabs to improve the floor stiffness of steel structure, which has certain theoretical value and economic significance. Based on the 1 / 2 scale model test and numerical analysis of the original structure, this paper studies the cooperative working mechanism and deformation of the steel beam and concrete slab in the elastic stage of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor with small spacing steel beams. The deformation calculation method of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor with small spacing steel beam is put forward, which has certain engineering significance and economic benefit for the deformation calculation of this kind of floor. In this paper, we have designed and manufactured the original steel structure floor with 1 / 2 scale and small pitch from the following aspects: 1: 1). The vertical loading test is carried out on the non-slab steel structure floor, and when the stage test is finished, Pouring concrete hollow slabs on the floor of unslabs steel structure, and carrying out routine maintenance, after reaching the age, Through the vertical loading test of steel structure floor without slab and steel concrete hollow slab, and the experimental phenomenon and data analysis, the influence of concrete hollow slab on the stiffness of steel beam floor is studied. The deformation characteristics of steel beam and concrete hollow slab obtained by experiments and the measured strain values are determined, and the distribution characteristics of the strain along the height of the mid-span section of the steel beam are obtained. And the strain distribution characteristics of concrete hollow slab vertical beam axis. According to the experimental theoretical analysis and experimental study, the deformation mechanism and deflection calculation method of small spacing steel beam hollow floor are put forward. Using finite element software ANSYS 14.0), the unslabs steel structure floor and the slab steel concrete floor of the original structure 1 / 2 scale test structure model are simulated, and the results are compared with the test results.
