【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的全球化發(fā)展,在一定程度上消除了時(shí)間和空間概念上的地域性,也使建筑失去了獨(dú)特的地域性。如何體現(xiàn)建筑的地域場(chǎng)所精神,尋找人們對(duì)特定地域的場(chǎng)所感、認(rèn)同感,具有十分緊迫的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。地方性場(chǎng)所空間的營(yíng)造,需要回應(yīng)場(chǎng)地、材料、技術(shù)、工藝和建造成本、業(yè)主的訴求：植根于相近的自然環(huán)境和歷史文化背景中,廣泛的吸收外來(lái)材料技術(shù)的運(yùn)用方法,空間的處理手法以及光線的運(yùn)用等,并通過(guò)重新的組合與創(chuàng)新,傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代相結(jié)合的新型的具有地方特色的建筑。本次設(shè)計(jì)是筆者參與的周凌工作室的一項(xiàng)實(shí)際項(xiàng)目——莫干山南路鄉(xiāng)鄉(xiāng)公所改造,由于鄉(xiāng)政府的搬遷,鄉(xiāng)公所、大禮堂以及基地內(nèi)其他的鄉(xiāng)政輔助用房現(xiàn)己廢棄,業(yè)主希望在基地內(nèi)建設(shè)一片具有江南特色風(fēng)貌的鄉(xiāng)村精品酒店,要求建筑師對(duì)基地進(jìn)行整體規(guī)劃、建筑改造以及建構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)繪勘探為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合業(yè)主要求和地域文化,利用地方材料,尊重地方建造體系,著重對(duì)鄉(xiāng)公所和大禮堂進(jìn)行了建筑改造和再設(shè)計(jì)。項(xiàng)目的理念是返璞歸真,追求一種平和、靜謐的田園家居情懷。因此,設(shè)計(jì)就從地方材料地方建造出發(fā),通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)繪、實(shí)地調(diào)研以及與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工團(tuán)隊(duì)的探討,了解當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄖ慕ㄔ觳牧吓c方法,利用地方材料地方建造,最大程度地使基地的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)忠于原址原貌,使新建筑融于周邊的物質(zhì)環(huán)境和人文環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy and technology, the concept of time and space has been eliminated to a certain extent, and the architecture has lost its unique regionality. How to embody the regional spirit of architecture and find people's sense of place and identity to a particular region is of urgent practical significance. The construction of local space needs to respond to the demands of the site, material, technology, technology and construction cost, and the owner's demand: the application method of absorbing foreign material technology widely, rooted in the similar natural environment and historical and cultural background, Space processing techniques and the use of light, and through the re-combination and innovation, the combination of traditional and modern new architecture with local characteristics. This design is a practical project of Zhouling Studios in which the author participated-the transformation of the township government in Mogan Mountain South Road. As a result of the relocation of the township government, the township office, the auditorium and other rural administrative auxiliary houses in the base have now been abandoned. The owner wants to build a rural boutique hotel with Jiangnan style and features in the base, asking the architect to carry on the overall planning, the architectural transformation and the construction design to the base. Based on site surveying and mapping exploration, combined with owner's requirement and regional culture, this design made use of local materials, respected local construction system, and carried out architectural renovation and re-design of township public office and auditorium. The idea of the project is to return to nature and pursue a peaceful and quiet idyllic home. Therefore, the design starts from the local material local construction, through the field mapping, the field investigation and the discussion with the field construction team, understands the local building construction material and the method, uses the local material place construction, To the greatest extent, the planning and design of the base are faithful to the original site, and the new building is integrated into the surrounding material and cultural environment.
