【摘要】：作為城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的重要組成部分,社區(qū)綠化體現(xiàn)了城市的文明程度以及城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展水平,也直接聯(lián)系著社區(qū)居民的居住水平,在城市的發(fā)展體系中是不可或缺的一部分。伴隨著我國城市發(fā)展水平的不斷提升,生態(tài)環(huán)境問題日益受到了人們的關(guān)注。我國的社區(qū)綠化起步較晚,但近年來也取得了一些不小的進(jìn)步,然而相比西方發(fā)達(dá)國家仍存在有不小的差距。因此,如何提升社區(qū)綠化對(duì)于改善社區(qū)居住環(huán)境、提升社區(qū)居民的生活品質(zhì)也是近年來城市綠化研究領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn),必須重視社區(qū)綠化對(duì)于城市生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)的突出作用,提升社區(qū)綠化的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與建設(shè)管理水平。本文以長春市G社區(qū)綠化管理項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,力圖以長春市G社區(qū)綠化管理項(xiàng)目這一個(gè)案,找出該項(xiàng)目存在的問題,通過合理規(guī)劃長春市G社區(qū)綠化的設(shè)計(jì)、施工及養(yǎng)護(hù),找出提升社區(qū)綠化建設(shè)與管理水平的對(duì)策,以期能夠使社區(qū)綠化規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)學(xué)性、規(guī)范性及生態(tài)性的方向發(fā)展。在分析總結(jié)綠化管理理論以及工程項(xiàng)目管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了社區(qū)綠化的內(nèi)涵,分析了社區(qū)綠化對(duì)于城市發(fā)展、居民生活的意義和作用,總結(jié)了社區(qū)綠化項(xiàng)目的影響因素;確定了長春市G社區(qū)綠化管理項(xiàng)目方案設(shè)計(jì)的總體思路與創(chuàng)新原則,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目管理模式、管理項(xiàng)目信息的收集與整理、施工機(jī)械設(shè)備、勞動(dòng)力配置規(guī)劃與管理提出了規(guī)劃方案,并對(duì)長春市G社區(qū)綠化項(xiàng)目施工的進(jìn)度規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制提出了保障措施;隨后,本文針對(duì)社區(qū)綠化管理機(jī)制創(chuàng)新提出了自己的意見,應(yīng)從規(guī)范社區(qū)綠化規(guī)劃管理、轉(zhuǎn)變社區(qū)綠化管理體制、加強(qiáng)社區(qū)綠化日常養(yǎng)護(hù)管理三個(gè)方面保障社區(qū)綠化成果的長效保持,希望這些建議能夠?qū)ξ覈鐓^(qū)綠化管理水平的整體提升有所幫助。
[Abstract]:As an important part of urban infrastructure construction, community greening reflects the civilization of the city and the level of sustainable development of the city, and also directly relates to the living level of the community residents. It is an integral part of the urban development system. With the development of cities in China, people pay more and more attention to the problem of ecological environment. Community greening in our country started late, but in recent years it has made some progress. However, there is still a big gap compared with western developed countries. Therefore, how to improve community greening for improving the community living environment and improving the quality of life of community residents is also a hot spot in the field of urban greening in recent years. We must attach importance to the prominent role of community greening in the construction of urban ecological environment. Improve community greening planning, design and construction management level. This article takes Changchun G community greening management project as the research object, tries hard to take Changchun G community greening management project as a case, finds out the existing problems of this project, and through the rational planning of Changchun G community greening design, construction and maintenance. To find out the countermeasures to improve the level of community greening construction and management, in order to make community greening planning and design scientific, normative and ecological development. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the theory of greening management and the theory of engineering project management, this paper expounds the connotation of community greening, analyzes the significance and function of community greening for urban development and residents' life, and sums up the influencing factors of community greening projects. The general ideas and innovative principles of the project design of Changchun G community greening management project are determined. The project management mode, the collection and arrangement of management project information, the construction machinery and equipment are discussed. The planning scheme of labor force allocation and management is put forward, and the schedule planning and quality control of construction of community greening project in Changchun are put forward. Based on the innovation of community greening management mechanism, this paper puts forward some suggestions, which should be carried out from three aspects: standardizing community greening planning management, transforming community greening management system, and strengthening community greening daily maintenance management to ensure the long-term maintenance of community greening achievements. I hope these suggestions can help to improve the management level of community greening.
