【摘要】：在快速城市化過程中,中小城市也像大城市一樣,經(jīng)歷著城市更新的過程,市民對公共場所的需求越來越多,大量的公共空間更新項目隨之而來,包括舊城區(qū)廣場,街道,公園等都進行了不同程度的更新改造。中小城市量大面廣,它們在經(jīng)濟、社會、人口、資源、文化等方面各有自己的特點,在已實施或者正在實施的公共空間更新項目中暴露出一些問題。 本文是理論、方法、案例相結(jié)合的應(yīng)用性研究。城市公共空間是個復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng),其更新的目標(biāo)涉及到社會、經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境等諸多領(lǐng)域,需要進行系統(tǒng)性、整體性的分析。本研究以浙江中小城市公共空間為研究對象,借助現(xiàn)代管理科學(xué)中的“目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)”方法論,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)的方法論和城市設(shè)計理論方法,構(gòu)建了較為全面又具可操作性的中小城市公共空間更新的“目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)”體系,并對目標(biāo)要素進行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究,建立了從理論研究到分析方法構(gòu)建,再到規(guī)劃實證應(yīng)用一整套應(yīng)對中小城市公共空間更新的方法,彌補了實際操作中目標(biāo)管理、科學(xué)程序和相應(yīng)規(guī)范的缺失,解決了規(guī)劃主觀性過強等問題,提高在不同主體參與的市場環(huán)境下,更新方案實施的可操作性。 研究應(yīng)用了創(chuàng)新性的數(shù)學(xué)方法和計算機程序?qū)Α澳繕?biāo)系統(tǒng)”因子進行權(quán)值計算、分析和優(yōu)選,在其中選取相對穩(wěn)定的量化數(shù)據(jù),解決了復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)主觀判斷不一致性帶來的結(jié)論偏差,使最終的分析結(jié)論更具有客觀性。最后選取了具有代表性的案例對本研究進行了應(yīng)用驗證。 全文共有七章。第一章對課題的研究背景、研究目的與意義、基本概念、研究方法,研究內(nèi)容與框架等進行了闡述。第二章對中西方公共空間及城市更新的發(fā)展歷程以及相關(guān)研究重點及研究趨勢進行了文獻(xiàn)綜述。第三章主要通過對三個城市進行實地調(diào)研,以實例分析的方法進一步探討中小城市公共空間更新的現(xiàn)象、問題和現(xiàn)實目標(biāo),提出了小城市公共空間更新分析方法的研究思路。第四章歸納分析了研究的理論依據(jù)和方法支撐,構(gòu)建了中小城市公共空間更新的“目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)”結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并對目標(biāo)因子進行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究,建立一個統(tǒng)一的因子模式的平臺。第五章詳述了中小城市公共空間更新分析方法技術(shù)路線及目標(biāo)因子權(quán)值計算分析過程。第六章通過長興縣人民廣場地塊更新項目的實證研究,將研究成果進行了實踐應(yīng)用。第七章為總結(jié)回顧本文的研究重點與創(chuàng)新點,并對下一階段研究進行了展望。
[Abstract]:In the process of rapid urbanization, small and medium-sized cities, like large cities, are experiencing the process of urban renewal. The public demand for public places is increasing, and a large number of public space renewal projects have followed, including old city squares and streets. Parks have been renovated to varying degrees. Small and medium-sized cities have their own characteristics in economy, society, population, resources, culture and so on. Some problems have been exposed in the public space renewal projects that have been implemented or are being implemented. This paper is an applied study of theory, method and case. Urban public space is a complex system, and its updating target involves many fields, such as society, economy, environment, etc. It needs systematic and holistic analysis. This research takes Zhejiang small and medium-sized cities public space as the research object, with the help of the "target system" methodology in the modern management science, combines the system methodology and the urban design theory method. This paper constructs a more comprehensive and operable "target system" system of public space renewal in small and medium-sized cities, studies on the standardization of target elements, and sets up the methods from theoretical research to analytical method. Then it applies a set of methods to update the public space in small and medium-sized cities, which makes up for the lack of objective management, scientific procedure and corresponding norms in practical operation, and solves the problems of excessive subjectivity in planning. Improve the maneuverability of the implementation of the renewal scheme under the market environment in which different subjects participate. In this paper, innovative mathematical methods and computer programs are applied to calculate, analyze and select the weights of "target system" factors, in which relatively stable quantitative data are selected. The conclusion deviation caused by the inconsistency of subjective judgment in complex system is solved, and the final analysis conclusion is more objective. Finally, a representative case is selected to verify the application of this study. There are seven chapters in this paper. The first chapter describes the research background, purpose and significance, basic concepts, research methods, research content and framework. The second chapter reviews the development of public space and urban renewal in China and the West as well as the relevant research emphasis and research trend. The third chapter mainly through the field investigation to the three cities, further discusses the phenomenon, the question and the realistic goal of the small city public space renewal by the example analysis method, has proposed the small city public space renewal analysis method research thought. The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the theoretical basis and method support of the research, constructs the "target system" structure model of the public space renewal in small and medium-sized cities, studies the target factors standardized, and establishes a unified platform of the factor model. In chapter 5, the technical route of public space renewal analysis method and the calculation and analysis process of target factor weight are described in detail. The sixth chapter through the Changxing County people's Square land renewal project empirical research, the research results carried on the practice application. Chapter seven summarizes the research focus and innovation of this paper, and looks forward to the next stage of the study.
