【摘要】：建筑信息模型BIM(Building Information Modeling)的提出是整個建筑行業(yè)的一項重要革命。BIM的應用能夠提高管理效率，增強管理水平，降低工程成本，提高決策水平，從根本上推進建筑行業(yè)的現(xiàn)代化進程。但是，BIM技術在中國應用仍然不夠普遍，擴散程度較低。本文研究的主要目的就是找出BIM技術擴散緩慢的原因，探索加快BIM技術擴散的發(fā)展模式，實現(xiàn)BIM技術在建筑行業(yè)的廣泛應用。 本文以技術擴散的理論為基礎結合承包模式，在充分分析BIM技術擴散過程以及影響因素的基礎上提出了系統(tǒng)的解決對策和方案。通過對國內(nèi)外BIM技術應用情況進行比較分析了BIM技術的應用現(xiàn)狀，明確了BIM技術是建筑行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的必然趨勢。分析了項目總承包模式相對施工總承包模式在應用BIM技術所具有的優(yōu)勢�？偨YBIM技術在建筑全壽命周期的應用，以技術擴散理論為基礎分析了BIM技術擴散系統(tǒng)的構成，BIM技術在企業(yè)內(nèi)部擴散的步驟以及BIM在技術擴散過程中會遇到的阻礙因素，從技術擴散的角度對BIM技術的全部阻礙因素重新分類。應用調查問卷的方式對BIM技術擴散阻礙因素的重要程度進行量化，按重要程度對BIM技術擴散影響因素的重要程度進行排序，，找出了BIM技術擴散緩慢的關鍵問題。 基于以上研究針對BIM技術擴散的關鍵影響因素提出了相應的對策。為了提升對策的操作性，進一步提出了在項目總承包模式下的項目總包方導向型的擴散模式，并對該模式下BIM技術擴散的過程進行了深入分析。
[Abstract]:The construction information model (BIM(Building Information modeling) is an important revolution in the whole construction industry. The application of .BIM can improve the management efficiency, enhance the management level, reduce the engineering cost, improve the decision-making level, and promote the modernization process of the construction industry fundamentally. However, the application of BIM technology in China is still not widespread, and the diffusion degree is low. The main purpose of this paper is to find out the reasons for the slow diffusion of BIM technology, to explore the development mode of accelerating the diffusion of BIM technology, and to realize the wide application of BIM technology in the construction industry. Based on the theory of technology diffusion and the mode of contracting, this paper puts forward a systematic solution based on the analysis of the process of BIM technology diffusion and its influencing factors. By comparing the application of BIM technology at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the application status of BIM technology, and clarifies that BIM technology is the inevitable trend of the development of information technology in construction industry. This paper analyzes the advantages of the project general contracting mode compared with the construction general contract mode in the application of BIM technology. The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of building is summarized. Based on the theory of technology diffusion, the construction of BIM technology diffusion system is analyzed. The steps of BIM technology diffusion in the enterprise and the obstacles encountered by BIM in the process of technology diffusion are analyzed. From the point of view of technology diffusion, the author reclassifies all the hindrance factors of BIM technology. This paper quantifies the importance of the factors that hinder the diffusion of BIM technology by means of questionnaire, according to the importance of the factors affecting the diffusion of BIM technology, and finds out the key problem of slow diffusion of BIM technology. Based on the above research, the key factors affecting the diffusion of BIM technology are proposed. In order to improve the maneuverability of the countermeasures, this paper puts forward the project contracting oriented diffusion mode under the general contracting mode, and analyzes the process of BIM technology diffusion in this mode.
