【摘要】：當(dāng)今快速的城市化使人們逐漸增強(qiáng)了對(duì)城市的保護(hù)觀念，如何積極地對(duì)城市歷史街區(qū)內(nèi)的各類建筑進(jìn)行保護(hù)與更新，已成為業(yè)內(nèi)人士關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。國際建筑領(lǐng)域在這方面的研究已經(jīng)比較深入。我國是一個(gè)幅員遼闊的國家，不同地域的歷史街區(qū)的建筑有著不同的地域特征，這與西方歷史建筑的差異很大。因此，探討具有我國地域特色的建筑保護(hù)與更新方面的專題是非常必要的。 青島市具有百年歷史的文化名城，，擁有大量的歷史建筑，而青島中山路街區(qū)是青島城市的發(fā)源地，具有重要的歷史價(jià)值、文化價(jià)值和較高的研究價(jià)值。論文以《青島中山路歷史街區(qū)內(nèi)建筑保護(hù)與更新研究》為題，研究青島中山路歷史街區(qū)內(nèi)的建筑保護(hù)與更新實(shí)踐，基于大量的案例介紹和相關(guān)理論研究，同時(shí)引入整體保護(hù)、有機(jī)更新等城市設(shè)計(jì)手法，著眼于街區(qū)內(nèi)建筑的保護(hù)與更新、新舊建筑并置、街區(qū)整體環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面的問題，根據(jù)調(diào)研，論文把街區(qū)內(nèi)的建筑進(jìn)行等級(jí)劃分，并對(duì)不同等級(jí)類別的建筑有針對(duì)性地提出不同的措施進(jìn)行保護(hù)與更新。最后，文章針對(duì)當(dāng)前的問題，為未來青島的歷史街區(qū)建筑的保護(hù)，特別是更新的規(guī)劃提出自己的想法和意見。
[Abstract]:With the rapid urbanization, people gradually strengthen the concept of urban protection. How to actively protect and update all kinds of buildings in urban historical blocks has become the focus of attention of the industry. The research in this field in the field of international architecture has been more in-depth. China is a country with a vast territory. The architecture of historical blocks in different regions has different regional characteristics, which is very different from that of western historical buildings. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the special topic of architectural protection and renewal with regional characteristics of our country. Qingdao has a century-old cultural city with a large number of historical buildings, and Qingdao Zhongshan Road block is the birthplace of Qingdao city, with important historical value, cultural value and higher research value. Based on a large number of case studies and related theoretical studies, this paper studies the practice of building protection and renewal in the historical block of Zhongshan Road, Qingdao, under the title of "Research on the Protection and Renewal of buildings in the Historic District of Zhongshan Road, Qingdao". At the same time, it introduces the whole protection. The organic renewal and other urban design techniques focus on the protection and renewal of the buildings in the block, the juxtaposition of the old and new buildings, the environmental protection of the whole district, and so on. According to the investigation and research, the paper classifies the buildings in the blocks into different grades. At the same time, different measures are put forward to protect and renew the buildings of different grades. Finally, aiming at the current problems, this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the future protection of the historic block buildings in Qingdao, especially for the updated planning.
