商業(yè)廣場智能化系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:針對整個樓宇建筑群管理的智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和便捷化需求來開發(fā)先進(jìn)的管理系統(tǒng),是城市發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)之一。本文作者有豐富的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),根據(jù)實(shí)際需求提出開發(fā)基于OPC和RFID的商業(yè)廣場智能化IBMS系統(tǒng)(Intelligent Building Management System)。采用諸多先進(jìn)的技術(shù),詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了智能一卡通、智能停車場管理、建筑設(shè)備自動化監(jiān)控等子系統(tǒng)。通過TCP/IP、OPC、ODBC、非接觸式IC卡和應(yīng)用網(wǎng)關(guān)等技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)模塊化配置方式,將日益增多的外圍業(yè)務(wù)子系統(tǒng)整合到IBMS系統(tǒng)中,形成綜合的集成系統(tǒng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了大數(shù)據(jù)量、并發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)、資源共享、相關(guān)子系統(tǒng)聯(lián)動、應(yīng)急調(diào)度和遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控等功能。通過主要子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)和互連集成,構(gòu)架了以管理層的CNS、IBMS、BMS、Web和INS等服務(wù)器;及現(xiàn)場層的BAS、FAS、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、OA和智能停車場等工作站,還有智能一卡通中心和安防中心,并以高速以太網(wǎng)和TCP/IP協(xié)議等互連來實(shí)現(xiàn)商業(yè)廣場IBMS系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了管理中心對各子系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集分析、反饋和信息的發(fā)布。實(shí)現(xiàn)了對整個樓宇建筑群的智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和便捷化管理。該系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定,已推廣應(yīng)用,既通過IBMS系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)一體化管理,又滿足了商業(yè)廣場以顧客需求為導(dǎo)向的服務(wù)理念,得到用戶廣泛好評。
[Abstract]:It is one of the hotspots of urban development to develop advanced management system for the intelligent, networked and convenient management of the whole building group. The author of this paper has rich working experience. According to the actual demand, the author puts forward the development of intelligent IBMS system of Commercial Square based on OPC and RFID. By using many advanced technologies, the subsystems such as intelligent card, intelligent parking lot management, automatic monitoring of construction equipment and so on are designed in detail. Through the technologies of TCP / IP OPC ODBC, contactless IC card and application gateway, the modular configuration mode is realized, and the increasing number of peripheral business subsystems are integrated into the IBMS system to form a comprehensive integrated system. The functions of large amount of data, concurrent data, resource sharing, related subsystem linkage, emergency dispatch and remote monitoring are realized. Through the design and integration of the main subsystems, we have constructed the servers such as INS and INS, and the workstations such as Basi Fass, network OA and intelligent parking lot, as well as smart card center and security center. The commercial square IBMS system is implemented by the interconnection of high speed Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol, and the data collection, analysis, feedback and information release of each subsystem are realized by the management center. The intelligent, networked and convenient management of the whole building group is realized. The system works stably and has been popularized and applied. It not only realizes the integrated management through IBMS system, but also satisfies the service idea of the commercial square based on the customer's demand, and has been widely praised by the users.
