部分熱回收風(fēng)冷熱泵冷熱水機(jī)組性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:以一臺(tái)額定制冷(熱)量為45 k W的部分熱回收風(fēng)冷熱泵機(jī)組為平臺(tái),研究和分析了樣機(jī)在名義制冷、名義制熱工況,在保持使用側(cè)和熱回收側(cè)水流量不變條件下,開啟熱回收功能后得到出水溫度為45℃和50℃熱水時(shí)樣機(jī)的運(yùn)行參數(shù)和性能變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,在名義制冷工況45℃和50℃熱水出水溫度時(shí),樣機(jī)制冷性能系數(shù)(COP)比無熱回收分別變化-10.55%~1.09%和3.64%~12.73%,熱回收綜合制冷COP分別達(dá)到3.38~3.69和2.98~3.15,出水溫度由45℃升高到50℃且分別采用單雙風(fēng)機(jī)冷凝時(shí),樣機(jī)制冷COP下降2.44%~4.68%;在名義制熱工況熱水45℃和50℃出水溫度時(shí),樣機(jī)制熱COP比無熱回收降低10.96%~21.58%,50℃出水時(shí)制熱COP比45℃出水時(shí)升高4.42%,熱回收綜合制熱COP分別達(dá)到了3.28和3.09。
[Abstract]:On the platform of a 45 kW rated heat recovery air-cooled heat pump unit, this paper studies and analyses the prototype in nominal refrigeration and nominal heating condition, while maintaining the constant water flow rate on the service side and the heat recovery side.
