【摘要】：制度設(shè)計是組織有效運行的基本保障,制度設(shè)計的思想體現(xiàn)了組織的效率和價值,卓越的企業(yè)最明顯的組織特征就是表現(xiàn)在制度設(shè)計和制度管理的優(yōu)勢上。因此,通過深入研究組織管理現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建完善的組織管理體系,達(dá)到提高組織效率的目的,獲取企業(yè)利益最大化,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理者所關(guān)注的問題。工作效率降低是由多方面原因決定的,組織管理中存在的諸多問題都有可能降低員工的工作滿意度,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致員工的工作積極性下降,造成企業(yè)整體的工作效率降低,當(dāng)企業(yè)員工的工作效率持續(xù)低下時,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)往往會將起因歸結(jié)于員工本身的工作能力或個人素質(zhì),又間接導(dǎo)致了無法根據(jù)企業(yè)實際來隨時調(diào)整企業(yè)的組織管理架構(gòu),促進(jìn)企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。本文以JC設(shè)計院為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查的方式,對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源、內(nèi)部運營及企業(yè)文化等企業(yè)管理中的多方面問題進(jìn)行調(diào)研,通過一系列統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),了解企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題并解決問題,同時提出了強化管理,推進(jìn)企業(yè)多元化發(fā)展;貫徹質(zhì)量管理工作,優(yōu)化服務(wù)理念;完善企業(yè)管理制度,優(yōu)化組織機構(gòu);以人為本,建立以提升核心競爭力為目的的人力資源管理對策;樹立核心價值觀,構(gòu)建和諧發(fā)展的企業(yè)文化五條決策和建議,完善企業(yè)組織管理水平,促進(jìn)企業(yè)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The system design is the basic guarantee of the effective operation of the organization. The thought of the system design embodies the efficiency and value of the organization. The most obvious organizational characteristic of the outstanding enterprise is the superiority of the system design and the system management. Therefore, through the in-depth study of the current situation of organizational management, the construction of a sound organizational management system, to achieve the purpose of improving organizational efficiency, to maximize the interests of enterprises, is the modern enterprise managers are concerned about the problem. The reduction of work efficiency is decided by many reasons. Many problems in organization and management may reduce the employee's job satisfaction, and then lead to the decrease of the employee's working enthusiasm, resulting in the reduction of the overall working efficiency of the enterprise. When the work efficiency of the employees in an enterprise continues to be low, the leaders often attribute the cause to the work ability or personal quality of the employees themselves, and indirectly lead to the inability to adjust the organizational management structure of the enterprise at any time according to the actual situation of the enterprise. To promote the survival and development of enterprises. This article takes JC Design Institute as the research object, through the way of questionnaire, carries on the investigation to the enterprise strategy, the organization structure, the human resources, the internal operation and the enterprise culture and so on enterprise management many aspects question, through a series of statistical data, Understand the present situation of enterprise internal management, find problems, analyze problems and solve problems. At the same time, we propose to strengthen management, promote the diversified development of enterprises, carry out quality management work, optimize service concept, perfect enterprise management system, Optimize the organization, set up the human resource management countermeasure with the aim of promoting the core competence, set up the core values, construct the five decisions and suggestions of harmonious development of the enterprise culture, perfect the level of the organization management of the enterprise. We will promote the steady development of enterprises.
