【摘要】：伴隨全球化的時(shí)代特征,以全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為目標(biāo)的區(qū)域聯(lián)合發(fā)展得到極大推進(jìn),為積極應(yīng)對(duì)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境變遷帶來(lái)的巨大影響,各國(guó)大都市區(qū)(巨型區(qū)域)相繼推出新形式的中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,以更高水平的思維和更廣闊的視野探尋城市和區(qū)域的未來(lái)發(fā)展規(guī)劃。處于轉(zhuǎn)型期的中國(guó)大都市區(qū)域及各大城市群,面對(duì)全球化的時(shí)代背景和國(guó)家發(fā)展趨勢(shì),也著手開(kāi)展新一輪的區(qū)域中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,急需借鑒國(guó)際中長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃優(yōu)秀實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文從跨國(guó)、國(guó)家、區(qū)域和大都會(huì)四個(gè)不同的層面選取了幾十個(gè)近年來(lái)開(kāi)展的新興中長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃實(shí)踐進(jìn)行國(guó)際比較,對(duì)其研究歷程、案例類型、研究?jī)?nèi)容和技術(shù)方法進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),為我國(guó)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的開(kāi)展和巨型區(qū)域空間規(guī)劃,提供國(guó)際化的視角和可供借鑒的國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the era of globalization, the regional joint development with the goal of global competitiveness has been greatly promoted, in order to positively respond to the social, economic and environmental changes brought great impact, The metropolitan areas (mega-regions) of various countries have introduced new forms of medium- and long-term development strategic planning one after another to explore the future development plans of cities and regions with a higher level of thinking and a broader vision. Facing the background of globalization and the trend of national development, China's metropolitan areas and major urban agglomerations in the transition period have also embarked on a new round of regional medium- and long-term development strategic planning. It is urgent to learn from the excellent practical experience of international medium-and long-term development strategy planning. In this paper, from the four different levels of transnational, national, regional and metropolitan areas, we select dozens of emerging medium- and long-term strategic planning practices carried out in recent years to carry out international comparison, to its research process, case types, The research contents and technical methods are analyzed and summarized in order to provide an international perspective and international experience for the development of new urbanization and giant regional spatial planning in China.
