建筑企業(yè)知識(shí)共享障礙及激勵(lì)機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,知識(shí)資源已成為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵來(lái)源。近年來(lái),,我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)逐步與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)接軌,建設(shè)項(xiàng)目不斷擴(kuò)張,對(duì)建筑企業(yè)的知識(shí)管理提出了更高的要求。知識(shí)共享作為知識(shí)管理的核心活動(dòng)之一,其開(kāi)展水平制約著建筑企業(yè)知識(shí)的積累、運(yùn)用和創(chuàng)新。然而,由于建筑企業(yè)和知識(shí)本身的特點(diǎn),使得知識(shí)在建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)的共享受到多方面的阻礙,從而影響了企業(yè)知識(shí)管理水平的提高。因此,研究建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)知識(shí)共享的障礙因素和激勵(lì)機(jī)制,為知識(shí)共享的實(shí)踐提出有價(jià)值的途徑和方法,對(duì)建筑企業(yè)更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)其知識(shí)管理活動(dòng)有著十分重要的意義。 本文首先對(duì)知識(shí)共享的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述,主要對(duì)建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部知識(shí)的特點(diǎn)、共享的流程和模式進(jìn)行分析,論證知識(shí)共享在建筑企業(yè)中的客觀必然性。 其次從知識(shí)特性和組織環(huán)境兩個(gè)角度研究了建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部知識(shí)共享的障礙,并基于博弈理論,對(duì)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)中員工之間、員工與組織之間的知識(shí)共享障礙進(jìn)行深入分析,論證了企業(yè)內(nèi)部知識(shí)共享行為存在的可能性。 然后結(jié)合知識(shí)共享激勵(lì)理論和障礙分析結(jié)果,建立了建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部的知識(shí)共享激勵(lì)機(jī)制模型,并從外在激勵(lì)、內(nèi)在激勵(lì)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、信息技術(shù)和企業(yè)文化五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述。 之后針對(duì)激勵(lì)機(jī)制的評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究,運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,構(gòu)建了建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部知識(shí)共享激勵(lì)機(jī)制的評(píng)價(jià)模型,并以X建筑企業(yè)為案例進(jìn)行了分析研究,驗(yàn)證了該評(píng)價(jià)模型在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的適用性和可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy and information technology, knowledge resources have become the key source of enterprise competitiveness. In recent years, the construction industry of our country is gradually in line with the international market, and the construction projects are constantly expanding, which puts forward higher requirements for the knowledge management of the construction enterprises. As one of the core activities of knowledge management, knowledge sharing restricts the accumulation, application and innovation of knowledge in construction enterprises. However, because of the characteristics of construction enterprises and knowledge itself, the sharing of knowledge in construction enterprises is hindered in many ways, which affects the improvement of enterprise knowledge management level. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the obstacles and incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises, and put forward valuable approaches and methods for the practice of knowledge sharing, which is of great significance for construction enterprises to better realize their knowledge management activities. Firstly, this paper expounds the related theories of knowledge sharing, mainly analyzes the characteristics of internal knowledge, the process and mode of knowledge sharing, and demonstrates the objective inevitability of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises. Secondly, this paper studies the obstacles of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises from the perspectives of knowledge characteristics and organizational environment, and based on the game theory, analyzes the barriers of knowledge sharing among employees and between employees and organizations in the project team. The possibility of knowledge sharing behavior in enterprises is demonstrated. Then, based on the theory of knowledge sharing incentive and the result of obstacle analysis, the model of knowledge sharing incentive mechanism in construction enterprise is established, and the external incentive, internal incentive and organization structure are established. Five aspects of information technology and corporate culture are discussed in detail. After that, the paper studies the evaluation of incentive mechanism, using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, constructs the evaluation model of internal knowledge sharing incentive mechanism in construction enterprises, and takes X construction enterprise as a case study. The applicability and feasibility of the evaluation model in practical application are verified.
