【摘要】：城市公共綠地是城市的“小生態(tài)”,為改善城市環(huán)境發(fā)揮著重要作用。城市綠地功能的發(fā)揮一方面依靠布局規(guī)劃以及植物配置,另一方面還需有科學(xué)合理的養(yǎng)護(hù)管理。但城市綠地養(yǎng)護(hù)管理長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)沒有得到應(yīng)有的重視,缺乏科學(xué)、公認(rèn)的定量考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。給養(yǎng)護(hù)管理的改進(jìn)造成困難。層次分析法能利用層級(jí)思維方法將問題逐層簡(jiǎn)化,將定量與定性完美結(jié)合,是應(yīng)用廣泛的系統(tǒng)分析方法,適用于對(duì)城市中公園、居住區(qū)及道路綠地養(yǎng)護(hù)管理的評(píng)價(jià),且近幾年應(yīng)用頻率較高。層次分析法在實(shí)踐中還是存在一些不足。本文查閱大量文獻(xiàn),從一致性檢驗(yàn)及標(biāo)度兩方面尋求改進(jìn)。并將改進(jìn)的層次分析方法應(yīng)用于對(duì)溫江城市公共綠地養(yǎng)護(hù)管理的評(píng)價(jià)中,結(jié)果如下：1.建立包括喬木、灌木、草坪、園務(wù)措施四大類、20個(gè)具體指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。2.利用建立的綠地養(yǎng)護(hù)管理評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)溫江城市公園綠地養(yǎng)護(hù)管理進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,除了指標(biāo)水車藥車不具有區(qū)分度外,其它19個(gè)指標(biāo)的Cronbach'sa系數(shù)值為0.649,具有良好信度。因子分析得到的累積方差貢獻(xiàn)率均大于40%,評(píng)價(jià)具有良好效度。由此表明,改進(jìn)的層次分析方法及所建立的評(píng)價(jià)體系能夠準(zhǔn)確、有效地對(duì)綠地養(yǎng)護(hù)管理進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),可以作為對(duì)養(yǎng)護(hù)管理效果考核的一種方法。3.根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,結(jié)合優(yōu)秀養(yǎng)護(hù)管理范例對(duì)提高溫江城市公共綠地的養(yǎng)護(hù)管理水平提出參考意見。4.針對(duì)評(píng)分調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的溫江城市綠地建設(shè)中存在的問題,提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Urban public green space is the "small ecology" of the city and plays an important role in improving the urban environment. On the one hand, the function of urban green space depends on layout planning and plant allocation, on the other hand, it is necessary to have scientific and reasonable conservation and management. However, urban green space conservation management has not been given due attention for a long time, lack of scientific and accepted quantitative assessment standard. Make it difficult to improve maintenance management. The Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) can simplify the problem layer by layer and combine quantitative and qualitative analysis perfectly. It is a widely used systematic analysis method, which is suitable for the evaluation of the maintenance and management of parks, residential areas and road greenbelts in cities. And in recent years the application frequency is high. There are still some deficiencies in the practice of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In this paper, a large number of literature, from the consistency test and scale two aspects to seek improvement. The improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is applied to the evaluation of urban green space conservation and management in Wenjiang city. The results are as follows: 1. Establish the evaluation index system of 20 specific indexes, including tree, shrub, lawn, garden measures. The evaluation index system of greenbelt maintenance and management was established to evaluate the greenbelt management of Wenjiang City Park. The results showed that the Cronbach'sa coefficient of the other 19 indexes was 0.649 and had good reliability. Factor analysis showed that the contribution rate of cumulative variance was greater than 40%, and the evaluation had good validity. It is shown that the improved AHP method and the established evaluation system can accurately and effectively evaluate the green space maintenance management, and can be used as a method to assess the effect of maintenance management. According to the evaluation results, combined with excellent examples of conservation management to improve the maintenance and management level of public green space in Wenjiang city. 4. 4. In view of the existing problems in urban green space construction in Wenjiang city, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
