【摘要】：成都近代建筑遺產是成都近代歷史的實物見證,對于成都這座歷史文化名城來說具有重要意義。從成都城市的整體發(fā)展歷史過程上來看,極具地域特色的成都近代建筑是成都從傳統建筑走向現代建筑的一個過度轉型階段和承上啟下的環(huán)節(jié),是成都城市發(fā)展鏈條中不可或缺的組成部分。隨著這些年城市建設的推進,大量近代建筑的消失引起了人們廣泛注意,如何去保護和利用現存為數不多的近代建筑遺產是一個很現實的課題。本文通過較全面的實地調研成都現存的近代建筑,對總體的數量、類型進行了統計。并對其保護利用現狀做了各個層面的分析。并對一些有價值的近代建筑群體和單體的保護利用進行了初步探析。本論文首先闡釋了成都近代建筑遺產的概念,并對其時間范圍和地域范圍做了界定。分析了成都近代建筑產生的背景和各種條件,回顧了各個時期的發(fā)展歷程。論文對成都近代建筑遺產進行了較為全面的梳理,從數量分布、建筑類型、保存及使用現狀等方面進行了統計分析,并對成都近代建筑遺產的特色進行了相應的探析。論文通過對成都近代建筑遺產遺存狀況的全面分析,列出了成都近代建筑保存現狀和存在的突出問題,例如保護利用認識上的嚴重滯后和偏差、保護利用政策中的欠缺與局限、城市發(fā)展的壓力與城市規(guī)劃的保護不力、保護利用管理機制與機構亟待健全完善、保護利用維修保護的技術管理與實施監(jiān)督不力、對科學合理的永續(xù)利用認識缺乏,不當利用較多等問題并提出了一些針對性的對策。論文還對成都現存幾處近代建筑遺產群體的實際案例進行了初步分析,提出了一些保護利用的一些建議。
[Abstract]:Chengdu's modern architectural heritage is a physical witness of Chengdu's modern history, which is of great significance to Chengdu, a famous historical and cultural city. From the perspective of the whole development history of Chengdu city, Chengdu modern architecture with extremely regional characteristics is a transitional stage and link from traditional architecture to modern architecture in Chengdu. Chengdu is an indispensable part of the urban development chain. With the development of urban construction in recent years, the disappearance of a large number of modern buildings has aroused widespread attention. How to protect and utilize the few existing modern architectural heritage is a very practical topic. Based on a comprehensive investigation of the existing modern buildings in Chengdu, this paper makes statistics on the total quantity and types of buildings. The present situation of its protection and utilization is analyzed at all levels. The protection and utilization of some valuable modern architectural groups and monomers are also discussed. This paper first explains the concept of modern architectural heritage in Chengdu, and defines its time range and regional scope. This paper analyzes the background and various conditions of modern architecture in Chengdu, and reviews the development of each period. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of Chengdu's modern architectural heritage, and makes a statistical analysis of its quantity distribution, architectural types, conservation and use, and analyzes the characteristics of Chengdu's modern architectural heritage. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the status of modern architectural heritage in Chengdu, the paper lists the status quo and existing problems of modern architectural preservation in Chengdu, such as the serious lag and deviation in the cognition of conservation and utilization, the deficiency and limitation in the policy of conservation and utilization. The pressure of urban development and the inadequate protection of urban planning, the urgent need to improve the management mechanism and institutions of protection and utilization, the inadequate technical management and implementation supervision of conservation, utilization and maintenance protection, and the lack of scientific and reasonable understanding of sustainable utilization. Improper use of more problems and put forward some targeted countermeasures. The paper also makes a preliminary analysis of the actual cases of several existing modern architectural heritage groups in Chengdu, and puts forward some suggestions for conservation and utilization.
