【摘要】：村莊生產(chǎn)、生活和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展正在逐步成為我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展和破解城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的重要舉措。在此背景下,傳統(tǒng)的村莊規(guī)劃編制方法逐步表現(xiàn)出其不適應(yīng)的方面,應(yīng)當(dāng)基于"三生協(xié)調(diào)"的發(fā)展要求,科學(xué)合理的謀劃村莊發(fā)展路徑,以保障村莊發(fā)展的動力和活力。本文主要以湖北省隨州市丁灣村為例,針對村莊編制中存在的主要問題,全面解析了鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)"三生協(xié)調(diào)"的發(fā)展內(nèi)涵,系統(tǒng)闡述了在"三生協(xié)調(diào)"要求下村莊規(guī)劃編制的創(chuàng)新思路,以期為農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展下的村莊規(guī)劃思路起到一定的理論參考作用。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of village production, life and ecosystem is becoming an important measure to develop new urbanization and break the dual structure of urban and rural areas in China. Under this background, the traditional method of village planning and compilation gradually shows its inadaptability, and should plan the path of village development scientifically and reasonably based on the development requirement of "coordination of three students", so as to ensure the motive force and vitality of village development. Based on the example of Ding Wan Village in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, aiming at the main problems existing in village compilation, this paper comprehensively analyzes the development connotation of "Sansheng Coordination" in rural areas. This paper systematically expounds the innovative ideas of village planning and compilation under the requirement of "three students coordination", in order to play a certain theoretical reference role in the village planning under the coordinated development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
