【摘要】：單層磚柱廠房因其造價(jià)低、施工簡(jiǎn)單,目前仍是我國(guó)中小型企業(yè)生產(chǎn)用房常用的結(jié)構(gòu)形式之一。歷次震害表明,單層磚柱廠房在強(qiáng)烈地震動(dòng)作用下易發(fā)生不同程度的破壞,并造成較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此有必要對(duì)單層磚柱廠房進(jìn)行震害分析。本中首先將搜集到的海城地震、唐山地震、汶川地震及蘆山地震中155個(gè)單層磚柱廠房震害實(shí)例作為樣本,使用MATLAB軟件回歸得到單層磚柱廠房一次地震震害快速評(píng)估模型。隨后,對(duì)回歸分析中得到的5個(gè)主要震害影響因素進(jìn)行組合,采用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立32個(gè)廠房模型,同時(shí)考慮9種不同的二次地震序列,共288個(gè)工況進(jìn)行時(shí)程分析,得到考慮二次震害的單層磚柱廠房震害樣本,并根據(jù)二次震害樣本回歸擬合出考慮二次震害的單層磚柱廠房震害快速評(píng)估模型。最后基于VB6.0程序編譯單層磚柱廠房震害快速評(píng)估程序。通過對(duì)震害快速評(píng)估模型進(jìn)行修正和檢驗(yàn)可知,所建立的震害快速評(píng)估模型具有較高的可靠性,可應(yīng)用于工程實(shí)際。
[Abstract]:Because of its low cost and simple construction, monolayer brick factory building is still one of the common structural forms of production houses in small and medium-sized enterprises in China. The previous earthquake damage shows that the single-story brick column factory building is liable to destroy in different degrees under the strong ground motion and cause great economic losses. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the earthquake damage of single-story brick column factory building. In this paper, the earthquake damage examples of 155 single-story brick column buildings collected from Haicheng earthquake, Tangshan earthquake, Wenchuan earthquake and Lushan earthquake are first taken as samples, and the rapid earthquake damage assessment model of single-story brick column factory building is obtained by using MATLAB software regression. Then, by combining the five main factors of earthquake damage obtained in regression analysis, using ABAQUS finite element software to establish 32 workshop models, and considering 9 different secondary earthquake sequences, a total of 288 working conditions were analyzed in time history. The earthquake damage samples of single-story brick column building considering secondary earthquake damage were obtained, and the rapid assessment model of single-story brick column building with secondary earthquake damage was fitted according to the regression analysis of the second earthquake damage sample. Finally, based on the VB6.0 program, the rapid evaluation program for earthquake damage of single-story brick column factory building is compiled. By modifying and testing the model of rapid assessment of earthquake damage, it can be seen that the established model has high reliability and can be applied to engineering practice.
