【摘要】：海南濱海度假酒店是對(duì)酒店所處的地域和酒店功能的限定,海南的濱海度假酒店擁有豐富的自然資源并充分利用這些資源,受到國(guó)內(nèi)外游客的青睞。濱海度假酒店所依靠的就是其濱海景觀條件,海南的海洋環(huán)境優(yōu)美,特色鮮明,濱海度假酒店將在這里得到長(zhǎng)足快速的發(fā)展。濱海度假酒店的建設(shè)主要包括建筑和環(huán)境兩個(gè)部分,水景是環(huán)境建設(shè)必不可少的部分,以往對(duì)濱海度假酒店的研究主要集中建筑方面和環(huán)境景觀方面,但是對(duì)于環(huán)境景觀的重要組成部分水景卻一筆帶過(guò),沒(méi)有深入的研究,希望通過(guò)本文對(duì)濱海度假酒店的水景設(shè)計(jì)方面能有比較全面的了解。 首先,論文通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的研究,闡述了濱海酒店與酒店水景的概念,對(duì)濱海的地域界定,對(duì)酒店“度假”功能的解讀,濱海度假酒店的分類(lèi)及在海南的分布,提出度假酒店水景設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,主要從水景形態(tài)、水景功能、水景布局等幾個(gè)方面總結(jié)了不同區(qū)域、不同類(lèi)型的海南濱海度假酒店水景現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)水景現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)海南濱海度假酒店中的水景類(lèi)型、特征與作用,之后分析了地形、建筑及酒店與海景的關(guān)系對(duì)濱海度假酒店水景的影響,選取海南不同時(shí)期、不同地域以及既不同時(shí)期又不同地域的典型濱海度假酒店實(shí)例進(jìn)行水景分析。最后總結(jié)海南濱海度假酒店水景親水設(shè)施少,不能滿(mǎn)足親水性；套用國(guó)外風(fēng)格,沒(méi)有自己特色；設(shè)計(jì)手法老套,沒(méi)有創(chuàng)新元素這幾個(gè)現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題。并提出濱海度假酒店水景設(shè)計(jì)的幾項(xiàng)基本原則及針對(duì)存在問(wèn)題提出增加親水設(shè)施、增強(qiáng)空間體驗(yàn)感、滿(mǎn)足親水需求；保持與時(shí)俱進(jìn),加入創(chuàng)新元素；添加地域文化,提升自身特色的幾項(xiàng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The Hainan seaside resort is limited to the regional and hotel functions of the hotel. The coastal resort hotel in Hainan has rich natural resources and full use of these resources. It is favored by tourists both at home and abroad. The coastal resort hotel relies on its coastal landscape conditions. The marine environment of Hainan is beautiful, distinctive and seaside. There will be a rapid and rapid development of the fake hotel. The construction of the coastal resort hotel mainly includes two parts of the building and the environment. The waterscape is an essential part of the environment construction. The previous research on the coastal resort hotel mainly concentrated on the building and the environment and landscape, but the important part of the environmental landscape is one of the waterscape. There is no in-depth study of the pen, and I hope that we can have a comprehensive understanding of the waterfront design of the seaside resort hotel through this article.
First, through the study of relevant literature, this paper expounds the concept of The Marine Hotel and hotel waterscape, the definition of the coastal region, the interpretation of the hotel "holiday" function, the classification of the coastal resort hotel and the distribution in Hainan, and put forward the theoretical basis for the waterscape design of the Resort Hotel. Secondly, it mainly from the water landscape form and the water view work. The waterscape of different regions and different types of Hainan coastal resort hotel is summarized, and the waterscape types, characteristics and functions of Hainan seaside resort hotel are summarized according to the current situation. The influence of the terrain, building, hotel and sea view on the waterscape of the coastal resort hotel is analyzed, and the difference between Hainan and the waterscape is selected. The waterscape analysis of typical coastal resort hotels in different regions and different periods and different regions. Finally, it is concluded that the waterscape hydrophilic facilities of Hainan seaside resort are few, can not meet the hydrophilicity, and apply foreign style, have no own characteristics; the design techniques are old-fashioned and have no innovative elements. Several basic principles of waterscape design of the coastal resort hotel and some countermeasures are proposed to increase hydrophilic facilities, enhance the sense of space experience, meet the hydrophilic needs, keep pace with the times, add innovative elements, add regional culture and improve their own characteristics.
