【摘要】：為了保持我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)平穩(wěn)增長和城市化進(jìn)程的穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)，國家和地方政府正在不斷加大鐵路以及城市軌道交通的投資力度，鐵路及軌道交通勘察行業(yè)的發(fā)展前景十分廣闊。鐵四院工程勘察研究院是國內(nèi)一流的鐵路勘察設(shè)計(jì)院，，如何在這一新形勢下抓住機(jī)遇搶占市場先機(jī)，企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的必要性和緊迫性。 本文以工程勘察研究院為研究對象，綜合企業(yè)市場戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)管理的方法和理論，采取案例式方式進(jìn)行研究。在全面分析工程勘察研究院所處勘察行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和市場競爭的基礎(chǔ)上，利用企業(yè)競爭力的組合分析和SWOT分析方法，研究了工程勘察研究院所處的外環(huán)境以及內(nèi)部資源，對工程勘察研究院的外部機(jī)會、威脅，內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢、劣勢進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析，并采用要素評價(jià)矩陣（EFEIFE）對工程勘察研究院的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境做出量化評價(jià)和分析。在上述基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇匹配分析，提出了工程勘察研究院的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略，提出戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的措施。 通過分析研究，本論文認(rèn)為，工程勘察研究院在軌道交通勘察領(lǐng)域應(yīng)采取密集型成長戰(zhàn)略，以提高產(chǎn)品技術(shù)優(yōu)勢和勘察服務(wù)質(zhì)量來鞏固市場地位，擴(kuò)大現(xiàn)有市場份額，使工程勘察研究院充分發(fā)揮和提升自身的競爭優(yōu)勢，真正做大、做專、做強(qiáng)軌道交通勘察業(yè)務(wù)，成為中國最優(yōu)秀的鐵路勘察企業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)公司長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to maintain the steady growth of our economy and the steady progress of urbanization, the state and local governments are constantly increasing the investment of railway and urban rail transit, and the prospect of railway and rail transit survey industry is very broad. The Research Institute of Engineering investigation and Research of the fourth Iron Institute is a first-class railway survey and design institute in China. How to seize the opportunity to seize the market under this new situation is necessary and urgent for the development strategy research of the enterprise. This paper takes the engineering investigation and research institute as the research object, synthesizes the enterprise market strategy, the enterprise management method and the theory, carries on the research by the case method. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation and market competition of the engineering investigation and research institutes, the external environment and internal resources of the engineering investigation and research institutes are studied by using the combination analysis of enterprise competitiveness and the SWOT analysis method. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the external opportunities, threats, internal strengths and weaknesses of the engineering investigation and research institute, and makes a quantitative evaluation and analysis of the internal and external environment of the institute by using the element evaluation matrix (EFEIFE). On the basis of the above analysis, the overall development strategy, competition strategy and function strategy of engineering investigation and research institute are put forward, and the measures to implement the strategy are put forward. Through the analysis and research, this paper holds that the engineering survey institute should adopt intensive growth strategy in the field of rail transit survey, in order to improve the product technical advantage and survey service quality to consolidate the market position and expand the existing market share. In order to make the engineering investigation and research institute give full play to its own competitive advantage, make it bigger, more specialized and more powerful, it will become the best railway survey enterprise in China, and realize the long-term sustainable development of the company.
