【摘要】：小洲村是目前廣府地區(qū)最具嶺南水鄉(xiāng)特色的古村,村內(nèi)的傳統(tǒng)民居具有獨(dú)特的地域特色和較高的歷史價值。如今的城市化進(jìn)程和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展使小洲村的傳統(tǒng)民居面臨巨大的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇，如何在延續(xù)原有風(fēng)貌的基礎(chǔ)上，改善村內(nèi)居民的生活環(huán)境，使傳統(tǒng)民居建筑能夠創(chuàng)造自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)價值，，在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的大城市中得以生存，這是小洲村內(nèi)的傳統(tǒng)民居亟待解決的問題。 本文正是基于這樣的研究背景下，選取了小洲村內(nèi)的傳統(tǒng)民居作為研究對象。前三章主要是明確研究范圍，對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的理論研究和實(shí)例進(jìn)行回顧和整理。同時，對小洲村進(jìn)行實(shí)例調(diào)研，了解其整體格局、建筑現(xiàn)狀、村落經(jīng)濟(jì)概況、商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)組合和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對其商業(yè)的影響，并以此為基礎(chǔ)，對其傳統(tǒng)民居商業(yè)化更新的必要性和可行性進(jìn)行探討，并總結(jié)小洲村傳統(tǒng)民居商業(yè)化更新的基本特征。 第四第五章是本文的核心章節(jié)，依據(jù)小洲村內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)民居商業(yè)利用現(xiàn)狀，將其業(yè)態(tài)分為購物、餐飲、休閑、復(fù)合四大類型進(jìn)行研究，分別研究其具體改造更新手法，并進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ龋偨Y(jié)各業(yè)態(tài)更新手法的相似性和差異性并分析其原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)小洲村傳統(tǒng)民居商業(yè)化更新的原則，進(jìn)而從街道、建筑兩個層面上對小洲村傳統(tǒng)民居商業(yè)化更新策略進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納。
[Abstract]:Xiaozhou Village is the most ancient village with the characteristics of Lingnan Water Township in Guangfu area at present. The traditional houses in the village have unique regional characteristics and higher historical value. Today's urbanization process and the vigorous development of cultural and creative industries make the traditional folk houses in Xiaozhou Village face enormous challenges and opportunities. How to improve the living environment of the residents in the village on the basis of continuing the original style and features, It is an urgent problem for the traditional residential buildings to create their own economic value and survive in the big cities with rapid economic development. Based on this research background, this paper chooses the traditional houses in Xiaozhou village as the research object. The first three chapters are mainly to clear the scope of research, domestic and foreign related theoretical research and examples are reviewed and sorted out. At the same time, a case study of Xiaozhou Village is carried out to understand its overall pattern, the present situation of architecture, the economic situation of the village, the combination of business patterns and the influence of cultural and creative industries on its business. This paper probes into the necessity and feasibility of commercial renewal of traditional houses and summarizes the basic characteristics of commercial renewal of traditional houses in Xiaozhou Village. The fourth and fifth chapter is the core chapter of this paper. According to the present situation of commercial utilization of traditional residential houses in Xiaozhou village, the business forms are divided into four types: shopping, catering, leisure and compound. The similarities and differences of the updating techniques of various business forms are summarized and the reasons are analyzed. On this basis, this paper summarizes the principles of commercial renewal of traditional residential houses in Xiaozhou Village, and then summarizes the commercial renewal strategies of traditional dwellings in Xiaozhou Village from two aspects of street and architecture.
