【摘要】:當(dāng)前,隨著國(guó)內(nèi)建筑市場(chǎng)持續(xù)的發(fā)展壯大,建設(shè)單位也如雨后春筍般數(shù)量劇增,給建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了新的生機(jī)同時(shí),也伴隨著這些新興建筑企業(yè)的出現(xiàn)挑戰(zhàn)著行業(yè)的舊秩序,帶來(lái)了更為激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。正是由于這種現(xiàn)狀的存在,項(xiàng)目成本的核心成果----經(jīng)濟(jì)能力就顯得越發(fā)重要,對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的施工企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目各階段財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的辨別、評(píng)價(jià)、控制,將直接有助于提升項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)管理,從而有效地提升項(xiàng)目的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本次論文旨在從工程項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的角度入手,以SCP項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例,從施工企業(yè)的角度,首先通過(guò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)調(diào)查表的方法對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的主要財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素做出識(shí)別,然后針對(duì)存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素結(jié)合該工程項(xiàng)目相應(yīng)的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的盈利能力、償債能力的指標(biāo)計(jì)算,用計(jì)算值與地區(qū)、行業(yè)的平均水平做比較從而對(duì)存在的差異進(jìn)行分析、衡量,同時(shí)充分考慮項(xiàng)目可能存有的不確定性因素,運(yùn)用盈虧平衡分析及敏感性因素等方法予以分析評(píng)價(jià),從而找出對(duì)項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)作影響較大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性因素,同時(shí),采用定性分析與上述的定量分析相結(jié)合,根據(jù)SCP項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況、合同情況與市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理狀況綜合考慮,盡可能全面、綜合性地評(píng)估SCP項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀況。根據(jù)得出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),在項(xiàng)目部建立相應(yīng)的過(guò)程預(yù)警機(jī)制,為項(xiàng)目在財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范、控制給予具體的實(shí)施意見。按月度、季度、年度這些時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn),利用這樣一個(gè)循環(huán)控制的方式,來(lái)加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目全期間的財(cái)務(wù)管理,制約SCP項(xiàng)目在正常施工、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。利用對(duì)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控建議和實(shí)際控制將為即將進(jìn)入的施工高峰期財(cái)務(wù)管理提供幫助,也有助于施工企業(yè)增加經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)發(fā)生,也會(huì)為今后在類似項(xiàng)目的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面提供可以借鑒的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)和參考。
[Abstract]:At present, with the continuous development and growth of the domestic construction market, the number of construction units has also increased dramatically, which has provided new vitality to the development of the construction industry at the same time. Along with the emergence of these new construction enterprises, it challenges the old order of the industry and brings more fierce competition. It is precisely because of this kind of present situation, the core achievement of project cost-economic ability appears to be more and more important, for the traditional construction enterprise, strengthen the identification, evaluation, control of the financial risk of each stage of the project, It will directly help to enhance the economic management of the project, thus effectively enhancing the core competitiveness of the project. The purpose of this paper is to identify the main financial risk factors of the project from the point of view of the project financial risk management, taking the SCP project as an example, and from the perspective of the construction enterprise, first of all, through the method of the risk questionnaire to identify the main financial risk factors of the project. Then according to the existing risk factors combined with the corresponding financial data of the project, the profitability and solvency of the project are calculated, and the calculated value and region are used. The average level of the industry is compared to analyze and measure the existing differences, and at the same time fully consider the uncertain factors that may exist in the project, and use the methods of break-even analysis and sensitivity factors to analyze and evaluate them. In order to find out the risk factors that have a great influence on the financial operation of the project, at the same time, combining qualitative analysis with the above quantitative analysis, according to the actual production situation of SCP project, the contract situation and the market environment, To evaluate the financial risk of SCP project in a comprehensive and comprehensive way. According to the obtained risk evaluation, the corresponding process early warning mechanism is established in the project department, and the concrete implementation advice is given for the financial risk prevention and control of the project. According to the monthly, quarterly, and annual time nodes, this cyclic control method is used to strengthen the financial management of the whole period of the project and restrict the risk of the normal construction and production process of the SCP project. Making use of the project risk control suggestion and actual control will help the financial management of the coming construction peak period, and will also help the construction enterprise to increase the economic benefit and avoid the risk. It will also provide the experience and reference for similar project financial risk management in the future.
