信息化測(cè)繪背景下基于BIM技術(shù)的建筑遺產(chǎn)信息采集與表達(dá)

【摘要】:目前,隨著保護(hù)工程的逐步實(shí)施,在遺產(chǎn)具備相對(duì)優(yōu)越的保存條件的同時(shí),時(shí)代的發(fā)展要求我們改變?cè)瓉?lái)以“修”為核心的保護(hù)工作思路,將工作重心轉(zhuǎn)移到科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)、完整的遺產(chǎn)信息管理上來(lái),轉(zhuǎn)移到遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值的深入挖掘、剖析和充分展示上來(lái),轉(zhuǎn)移到對(duì)遺產(chǎn)本體及其環(huán)境的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)警上來(lái),促進(jìn)由被動(dòng)的搶救性保護(hù)向主動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)性和預(yù)防性保護(hù)的歷史轉(zhuǎn)換。這對(duì)遺產(chǎn)記錄和管理提出了更高水平的要求。信息化測(cè)繪為保護(hù)工作提供了新的思路和模式。本文一方面以現(xiàn)有研究為基礎(chǔ),在宏觀的層面上開(kāi)展文物建筑領(lǐng)域在信息化測(cè)繪方向的理論綜述;另一方面,借鑒類型學(xué)的研究方法,結(jié)合BIM自身優(yōu)勢(shì),針對(duì)文物建筑領(lǐng)域的信息采集與表達(dá)提出了新的解決問(wèn)題的技術(shù)路線。筆者針對(duì)文物建筑的信息采集方面,提出“類型樹(shù)+結(jié)構(gòu)樹(shù)”的新型信息采集方法,并闡述了運(yùn)用這種方法必要性和可行性;針對(duì)文物建筑的信息模型建構(gòu)方面,進(jìn)一步深化了不同細(xì)節(jié)層次的信息模型的表達(dá)方式;針對(duì)文物建筑領(lǐng)域的信息模型應(yīng)用舉例方面,以頤和園大戲臺(tái)為例,提出了利用“影子族、詳圖構(gòu)件族”的三維標(biāo)注表達(dá)方式對(duì)文物建筑的查勘設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行信息化表達(dá)。在論述過(guò)程中,筆者以北京頤和園德和園、甘肅嘉峪關(guān)關(guān)樓等具體案例為依托,結(jié)合保護(hù)工程的實(shí)際需求,不斷深入挖掘BIM在文物建筑信息模型中的內(nèi)涵與外延,并多角度論證、分析基于BIM在文物建筑領(lǐng)域的信息管理和信息表達(dá)的可行性。
[Abstract]:At present, with the gradual implementation of conservation projects, while the heritage has relatively superior preservation conditions, the development of the times requires us to change the original thinking of conservation work with "repair" as the core, and shift the focus of work to science and system. The complete management of heritage information is transferred to the deep excavation, analysis and full display of the heritage value, and to the dynamic monitoring and early warning of the heritage ontology and its environment. To promote the historical transition from passive rescue protection to active systemic and preventive protection. This puts a higher level of demand on legacy records and management. Information surveying and mapping provides a new way of thinking and mode for protection work. On the one hand, based on the existing research, on the other hand, based on the research methods of typology and combining with the advantages of BIM itself, this paper carries out a theoretical review of the field of cultural relic architecture in the field of information mapping at the macro level. A new technical route to solve the problem is put forward for the collection and expression of information in the field of cultural relics and architecture. In view of the information collection of cultural relic buildings, the author puts forward a new information collection method of "type tree structure tree", expounds the necessity and feasibility of using this method, and aims at the construction of information model of cultural relic buildings. It further deepens the expression of information models at different levels of detail, and takes the the Summer Palace stage as an example to put forward the use of "shadow family" in view of the application of information models in the field of cultural relics and architecture. The three-dimensional tagging method of detail drawing component family is used to express the survey and design of cultural relic buildings. In the process of discussion, based on the concrete cases of Beijing the Summer Palace Deyuan and Jiayuguan Guanlou in Gansu Province, and combining with the actual needs of the protection project, the author continuously excavates the connotation and extension of BIM in the cultural relic building information model. The feasibility of information management and information representation in the field of cultural relic building based on BIM is analyzed.
