【摘要】：天津原英租界殖民區(qū)經(jīng)過歲月的打磨,逐漸演變?yōu)榫哂歇?dú)特歷史意義與價(jià)值的五大道歷史街區(qū)。街區(qū)內(nèi)的景觀提供了中西文化交流和融合的平臺(tái),為天津近代城市景觀發(fā)展提供了示范。本論文首先通過對(duì)歷史街區(qū)景觀更新設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,為下文的研究提供設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)和理論基礎(chǔ);然后對(duì)天津五大道歷史街區(qū)景觀的發(fā)展進(jìn)行溯源,分析街區(qū)內(nèi)景觀的形成過程及分類,論述五大道歷史街區(qū)的景觀要素與形態(tài),并對(duì)五大道內(nèi)大量現(xiàn)存的景觀進(jìn)行調(diào)查、分析和研究,制作了一定數(shù)量圖表,分析其存在的問題,如景觀空間布局混亂、街道設(shè)施落后、植物種類稀少等;繼而明確了論文的核心內(nèi)容與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)——即從景觀元素的屬性入手,以街區(qū)現(xiàn)存的景觀狀況為突破點(diǎn),從植物、小品設(shè)施、道路鋪裝、建筑等多個(gè)角度對(duì)五大道景觀進(jìn)行評(píng)估分析,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外歷史街區(qū)景觀更新的成功案例,總結(jié)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn);最后根據(jù)天津五大道歷史街區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,提出了詳細(xì)的景觀更新設(shè)計(jì)的原則、策略及方法,為提升論文的合理性與科學(xué)性,選取五大道核心區(qū)域?yàn)閷?shí)例對(duì)象進(jìn)行景觀更新設(shè)計(jì),為整篇文章提供了實(shí)踐證明,這也是論文的重點(diǎn)和最具深度的部分。結(jié)論闡述了在五大道景觀的更新設(shè)計(jì)過程中,我們需要遵循原有的特色風(fēng)貌,借鑒當(dāng)今先進(jìn)的歷史街區(qū)景觀改造的方法與原則,依據(jù)各類憲章和天津市歷史街區(qū)更新與保護(hù)的相關(guān)規(guī)定,制定適宜五大道景觀設(shè)計(jì)和更新的原則與方法,從而為其它歷史街區(qū)的景觀更新設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:After years of grinding, the former British settlement area of Tianjin gradually evolved into five historic blocks with unique historical significance and value. The landscape in the block provides a platform for the cultural exchange and integration between China and the West, and provides a demonstration for the development of modern urban landscape in Tianjin. Firstly, this paper summarizes and summarizes the related theories of landscape renewal design of historical blocks, and provides the design basis and theoretical basis for the following research; then trace back to the development of the landscape of the historic blocks on the Fifth Avenue of Tianjin. This paper analyzes the forming process and classification of the landscape in the block, discusses the landscape elements and forms of the historic block of the Fifth Avenue, and investigates, analyzes and studies a large number of existing landscapes in the Fifth Avenue, makes a certain number of charts, and analyzes the existing problems. For example, the landscape space layout is chaotic, the street facilities are backward, the plant species are rare and so on; then the core content and the innovation point of the paper are made clear-that is, starting with the attributes of the landscape elements, taking the existing landscape situation of the block as the breakthrough point, from the plant, Article facilities, road pavement, architecture and other angles to evaluate and analyze the landscape of the Fifth Avenue, and combined with the successful cases of landscape renewal of historical blocks at home and abroad, summed up the relevant experience; finally, according to the actual situation of the historic block of the Fifth Avenue in Tianjin, The principles, strategies and methods of landscape renewal design are put forward in detail. In order to enhance the rationality and scientificity of the thesis, the landscape renewal design is carried out by selecting the core area of five main roads as an example, which provides a practical proof for the whole article. This is also the focus of the paper and the most in-depth part. The conclusion is that in the process of the renewal design of the landscape of the five major roads, we should follow the original characteristic style and features, and draw lessons from the methods and principles of the landscape transformation of the modern historical blocks. According to all kinds of charter and relevant regulations of renewal and protection of historical blocks in Tianjin, the principles and methods for landscape design and renewal of five main roads are formulated, thus providing reference for landscape renewal design of other historic blocks.
