深圳前海三、四單元地下公共空間一體化規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,城市化進(jìn)程速度持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,鄉(xiāng)村人口大量向城鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域集中。這樣迅速膨脹起來(lái)的城市不可避免地存在區(qū)域人口數(shù)量激增、建設(shè)用地緊缺、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不足、道路交通擁堵、生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化等不良現(xiàn)狀,人們開(kāi)始考慮向城市空間的另一個(gè)層面——地下空間尋求解決土地稀缺現(xiàn)狀的改善方法。目前,我國(guó)對(duì)于地下空間的開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)已經(jīng)獲得了一些實(shí)踐及研究成果,但因起步較晚,對(duì)于地下空間的還欠缺統(tǒng)一的規(guī)劃作為指導(dǎo)。前海片區(qū)作為深圳市重要的新建城市片區(qū),其對(duì)城市空間的品質(zhì)需求很高。針對(duì)其作為城市新建填海片區(qū)、單元式區(qū)域劃分、軌道交通選線復(fù)雜等特殊開(kāi)發(fā)背景,本文將一體化設(shè)計(jì)的概念引入前海片區(qū)三、四地下公共空間的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中,通過(guò)對(duì)影響地下公共空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)條件進(jìn)行分析,提出建設(shè)立體化、綜合化、人性化的地下公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。根據(jù)三、四單元需要快速建設(shè)、配置復(fù)合功能、組織高效交通、打造集約空間、體現(xiàn)特色文化的建設(shè)要求,提出選址布局合理、功能組織協(xié)調(diào)、細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)完善的總體空間規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)思路。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)特定條件分析相關(guān)案例,提出相應(yīng)空間的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略。文章的核心部分主要論述地下公共空間的三個(gè)主要設(shè)計(jì)要素:交通組織、功能布局及環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)。其中,地下公共空間的交通組織包括三個(gè)層次:水平交通的連續(xù)性、垂直交通的聯(lián)系性及上下交通的轉(zhuǎn)換性,通過(guò)分析三、四單元的片區(qū)道路、交通樞紐、步行系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)條件,總結(jié)其影響因素得出地下公共空間交通組織的立體化設(shè)計(jì)策略;通過(guò)解析地下公共空間的功能的廣義內(nèi)涵包括商業(yè)休閑、停車交通、其他輔助功能等,明確功能布局要做到以交通功能為基礎(chǔ)、商業(yè)功能為主體、其他功能為輔助的設(shè)計(jì)原則,引入格式塔心理學(xué)的相似及相近性原理,結(jié)合文化街道、城市綜合體、街坊式開(kāi)發(fā)等影響功能布局的相關(guān)條件,最終類比分析出地下各功能空間的綜合化設(shè)計(jì)策略;通過(guò)對(duì)地下公共空間的主體要素及空間要素的解讀,明確環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)需要滿足使用者生理需求、心理需求及審美需求三個(gè)方面,并對(duì)三、四單元地下空間環(huán)境影響開(kāi)敞空間、景觀公園及需要濱水文化等條件分析,得出地下公共空間環(huán)境的人性化設(shè)計(jì)策略。最終將研究的結(jié)果運(yùn)用于前海三、四單元的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐當(dāng)中,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)前海三、四單元片區(qū)一體化的地下公共空間的營(yíng)造,完善前海片區(qū)整體公共空間形態(tài),同時(shí)為深圳的城市地下公共空間的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy has developed rapidly, the process of urbanization has continued to grow, the scale of cities has been expanding, and a large number of rural people are concentrated in urban areas. Such rapidly expanding cities inevitably suffer from a sharp increase in the regional population, shortage of construction land, inadequate infrastructure, traffic congestion on roads, deterioration of the ecological environment, and so on. People began to think about another dimension of urban space, underground space, to find ways to improve the scarcity of land. At present, the development and construction of underground space in China has obtained some practice and research results, but due to the late start, there is still a lack of unified planning as the guidance for underground space. As an important new urban area in Shenzhen, Qianhai area has a high demand for the quality of urban space. In view of its special development background, such as new reclamation area of city, division of unit area, complex route selection of rail transit, this paper introduces the concept of integrated design into the planning and design of the third and fourth underground public space in Qianhai area. Based on the analysis of the related conditions affecting the planning and design of underground public space, the paper puts forward the design goal of constructing three-dimensional, comprehensive and humanized underground public space. According to the need for rapid construction of three and four units, the allocation of composite functions, the organization of efficient transportation, the building of intensive space and the construction requirements of characteristic culture, it is proposed that the location and layout be reasonable and the function organized in harmony. Detailed design of the overall space planning and design ideas. On this basis, according to the specific conditions of the analysis of relevant cases, the corresponding space planning and design strategy. The core part of this paper mainly discusses three main design elements of underground public space: traffic organization, function layout and environment design. Among them, the traffic organization of underground public space includes three levels: the continuity of horizontal traffic, the connection of vertical traffic and the conversion of upper and lower traffic. The related design conditions, such as walking system, are summarized, and the three-dimensional design strategy of underground public space transportation organization is obtained by summarizing its influencing factors. By analyzing the broad connotation of underground public space function, including commercial leisure, parking traffic, and so on, Other auxiliary functions, such as clear functional layout, should be based on the traffic function, commercial function as the main body, other functions as the auxiliary design principles, the introduction of Gestalt psychology similar and similar principles, combined with cultural streets, The related conditions affecting the functional layout, such as urban complex, neighborhood development and so on, are finally analyzed by analogy to the comprehensive design strategy of the underground functional space, and the main elements and the spatial elements of the underground public space are analyzed through the interpretation of the main elements and the spatial elements of the underground public space. It is clear that the environmental design needs to meet the needs of the users' physiological, psychological and aesthetic needs, and analyzes the influence of three or four units of underground space environment on open space, landscape parks and waterfront culture, etc. The humanized design strategy of underground public space environment is obtained. Finally, the results of the study are applied to the planning and design practice of Qianhai three and four units, in order to realize the construction of the integrated underground public space of the Qianhai three and four units and to perfect the overall public space form of the Qianhai area. At the same time for Shenzhen's urban underground public space planning and design to provide guidance and reference.
