【摘要】：對某住宅樓地下室外墻施工期間出現(xiàn)的裂縫進(jìn)行了檢測,給出地下室剪力墻裂縫檢測的內(nèi)容,并對裂縫原因進(jìn)行分析。檢測結(jié)果表明該工程地下室剪力墻裂縫為非結(jié)構(gòu)性裂縫,主要由混凝土收縮和溫度變形引起。從耐久性及抗?jié)B防水使用要求考慮,提出裂縫封閉處理的詳細(xì)方案。
[Abstract]:The cracks in the basement wall of a residential building during the construction period are tested. The contents of the crack detection of the basement shear wall are given and the causes of the cracks are analyzed. The test results show that the cracks of the basement shear wall are non-structural cracks, mainly caused by concrete shrinkage and temperature deformation. Considering the requirement of durability and impermeability and waterproofing, the detailed scheme of crack sealing treatment is put forward.
