霍州煤電集團(tuán)選煤廠工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),在逐步加速的工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中,煤炭是使用最多的能源之一。有關(guān)它的生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)與消耗已逐漸呈現(xiàn)出不平衡的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。由于局部結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾日漸突出,使得部分地區(qū)頻繁出現(xiàn)煤炭供應(yīng)不足的現(xiàn)象。選煤廠作為現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中一個(gè)高效便捷的能源轉(zhuǎn)化重要設(shè)施,不僅可以提高產(chǎn)品煤的質(zhì)量,而且還可以降低煤中所含有害物質(zhì)的含量,減少大氣污染。但是,在對(duì)選煤廠施工過程中,只為保證項(xiàng)目的施工進(jìn)度卻忽略其施工質(zhì)量的問題經(jīng)常出現(xiàn),從而導(dǎo)致發(fā)生一系列嚴(yán)重的后果。這不僅能影響到日后產(chǎn)品煤加工的質(zhì)量,并且也將直接影響到煤電集團(tuán)在所處市場(chǎng)中的自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。同時(shí),有關(guān)選煤廠工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)方面的施工質(zhì)量管理還處于粗放式管理狀態(tài),缺乏一種系統(tǒng)性的質(zhì)量管理方法。因而,研究一套適用于選煤廠工程項(xiàng)目的施工質(zhì)量管理方法,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行有效地質(zhì)量管理和控制是非常有意義的。本文通過以霍州煤電集團(tuán)之龐龐塔煤礦選煤廠工程項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,分析與探討了它的施工質(zhì)量管理。首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本文在研究過程中使用到的理論與方法。其次,通過總結(jié)項(xiàng)目在施工質(zhì)量管理中出現(xiàn)的一系列問題,以及結(jié)合WBS(工作分解結(jié)構(gòu))制定了一種用于龐龐塔煤礦選煤廠工程項(xiàng)目的施工質(zhì)量管理WBS法,將質(zhì)量管理中的全部工作及其相應(yīng)的責(zé)任分別予以細(xì)化與界定。最后,通過對(duì)所提出的WBS法在選煤廠工程項(xiàng)目施工不同階段中的實(shí)際運(yùn)用過程進(jìn)行探討與研究,驗(yàn)證了此法在工程項(xiàng)目施工質(zhì)量管理中運(yùn)用的有效性。這不僅有助于對(duì)后期質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行合理規(guī)避,也為以后選煤廠工程項(xiàng)目的施工質(zhì)量管理提供一個(gè)參考和框架。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the gradual acceleration of industrialization, coal is one of the most used energy. With regard to its production, supply and consumption have gradually shown an unbalanced development trend. As the local structural contradictions become more and more prominent, coal supply shortage occurs frequently in some areas. As an efficient and convenient energy conversion facility in modern society, coal preparation plant can not only improve the quality of coal products, but also reduce the content of harmful substances in coal and reduce air pollution. However, in the construction process of coal preparation plant, the problem of neglecting the construction quality in order to ensure the construction schedule of the project often appears, resulting in a series of serious consequences. This will not only affect the quality of coal processing in the future, but also directly affect the competitiveness of coal power group in the market. At the same time, the construction quality management of coal preparation plant project construction is still in the state of extensive management, lacking of a systematic quality management method. Therefore, it is very meaningful to study a set of construction quality management method suitable for coal preparation plant project, and to carry on the effective quality management and control to it. Taking the project of Pompangta Coal preparation Plant of Huozhou Coal and Power Group as the research object, this paper analyzes and discusses its construction quality management. Firstly, the theories and methods used in this paper are briefly introduced. Secondly, by summing up a series of problems in the construction quality management of the project, and combining with the work decomposition structure, a construction quality management WBS method for the project project of Pompangta Coal preparation Plant is established. The quality management of all the work and the corresponding responsibilities to be refined and defined. Finally, through the discussion and research on the practical application process of the proposed WBS method in different stages of construction of coal preparation plant project, the validity of the application of this method in the construction quality management of engineering project is verified. It is not only helpful to avoid the problem of quality in the later stage, but also provides a reference and frame for the construction quality management of the project of coal preparation plant in the future.
