帶豎向接縫的預制混凝土空心模板剪力墻抗震性能試驗研究

【摘要】:預制混凝土空心模板剪力墻(空心模板剪力墻)是一種適用于住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的新型結(jié)構(gòu)體系,豎向接縫性能是影響墻體整體性和抗震性的重要因素。本文對帶豎向接縫的預制混凝土空心模板剪力墻(帶豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻)的抗震性能進行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究,主要研究內(nèi)容和成果如下所述: (1)帶內(nèi)部接縫的空心模板剪力墻試驗研究。通過1片鋼筋混凝土剪力墻和1片空心模板剪力墻的擬靜力試驗,研究了內(nèi)部接縫對墻體受力性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:空心模板剪力墻具有自適應分縫功能;在水平荷載作用下墻體沿內(nèi)部接縫出現(xiàn)豎向裂縫,墻體經(jīng)歷了整截面墻到墻柱組合體的破壞過程,避免了脆性剪切破壞,提高了墻體的延性和耗能能力,墻體的受剪承載力有所降低。 (2)具有不同構(gòu)造豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻的受力性能試驗研究。進行了3片帶豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻的擬靜力試驗,研究了豎向接縫構(gòu)造對墻體受力性能的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:在峰值荷載前豎向接縫兩側(cè)發(fā)生相對變形,墻體演變?yōu)橛蓛蓚帶內(nèi)部接縫墻體組成的分縫剪力墻,提高了墻體的變形能力;在不削弱水平孔洞內(nèi)后澆混凝土的前提下,豎向接縫處采用木條補替部分混凝土,有助于提高墻體的變形能力。 (3)帶豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻抗震性能試驗研究。對5片帶豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻進行了擬靜力試驗,研究了軸壓比、剪跨比、水平鋼筋配筋率等參數(shù)對帶豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻抗震性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:增加軸壓比可提高墻體的受剪承載力;隨著剪跨比的提高,,墻體受剪承載力逐漸降低;提高水平鋼筋配筋率可增強墻體的耗能能力。 (4)建立了帶豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻數(shù)值模型。采用有限元軟件ABAQUS,建立了帶豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻數(shù)值模型,計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合較好。 (5)提出了帶豎向接縫的空心模板剪力墻受剪承載力計算方法。
[Abstract]:Precast concrete hollow formwork shear wall is a new structure system suitable for housing industrialization. The vertical joint performance is an important factor affecting the integrity and seismic resistance of the wall. In this paper, the seismic behavior of precast concrete hollow formwork shear wall with vertical joint (hollow formwork shear wall with vertical joint) is studied systematically. The main research contents and results are as follows: Experimental study of hollow formwork shear wall with internal joint. Based on the quasi-static test of a reinforced concrete shear wall and a hollow formwork shear wall, the effect of internal joints on the mechanical properties of the wall is studied. The results show that the hollow formwork shear wall has the function of adaptive split joints, the vertical cracks appear along the joints of the wall under horizontal load, and the wall goes through the failure process from the whole section wall to the composite body of the wall column, thus avoiding the brittle shear failure. The ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the wall are improved, and the shear capacity of the wall is decreased. Experimental study on the mechanical behavior of hollow formwork shear wall with different vertical joints. The pseudostatic tests of three hollow formwork shear walls with vertical joints were carried out and the effects of vertical joints on the mechanical properties of the walls were studied. The experimental results show that relative deformation occurs on both sides of vertical joint before peak load, and the wall becomes a jointed shear wall composed of two walls with internal joints, which improves the deformation capacity of the wall. On the premise of not weakening the post-pouring concrete in the horizontal hole, it is helpful to improve the deformation ability of the wall by replacing some concrete with wood strips at the vertical joint. Experimental study on seismic behavior of hollow formwork shear wall with vertical joint. Five hollow formwork shear walls with vertical joints were tested by pseudo-static test. The effects of axial compression ratio, shear span ratio and reinforcement ratio on seismic behavior of hollow formwork shear walls with vertical joints were studied. The results show that the shear bearing capacity of the wall can be increased by increasing the axial compression ratio, the shear bearing capacity of the wall decreases gradually with the increase of the shear span ratio, and the energy dissipation capacity of the wall can be enhanced by increasing the reinforcement ratio of horizontal reinforcement. The numerical model of hollow formwork shear wall with vertical joint is established. The numerical model of hollow formwork shear wall with vertical joint is established by using the finite element software Abaqus. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. A method for calculating the shear capacity of hollow formwork shear wall with vertical joint is presented.
