開式循環(huán)吸收式熱泵吸收器和再生器實驗研究

【摘要】:針對基本配置的第二類開式循環(huán)吸收式熱泵搭建系統(tǒng)實驗臺,以CaCl_2溶液為吸收劑,以濕空氣模擬煙氣,開展吸收和再生兩個關(guān)鍵部件的實驗研究。結(jié)果顯示,設(shè)計條件下吸收過程的水回收率達(dá)到65.88%,出口冷卻水溫度高于50℃,可滿足中溫供暖的要求;氣體入口處的切向進(jìn)氣孔對傳質(zhì)有強(qiáng)化作用,傳質(zhì)量比未設(shè)置切向進(jìn)氣孔的理論模擬值高2.74倍;變工況條件下,溶液噴淋量增加、冷卻水流量增大及吸收器高度增加,傳質(zhì)效果均增強(qiáng)。再生過程中,溶液濃度及再生壓力上升,再生溫度上升;壓力越低,溶液再生所需熱負(fù)荷越小。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the basic configuration of the second type open cycle absorption heat pump system the experimental research on absorption and regeneration of two key components was carried out using CaCl_2 solution as absorbent and wet air as absorbent.
