【摘要】:在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)下,房地產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了空前的發(fā)展,規(guī)模逐年增長在房地產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的同時(shí),人們對住房安全也有了更高的要求但是隨著近年來地震和樓宇火災(zāi)的頻發(fā),以及一些豆腐渣工程的不斷增加,高層樓宇的健康狀況引起了人們的擔(dān)憂然而造成樓宇健康問題很重要的原因是沒有一個(gè)完善的樓宇健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)因此設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)能為高層樓宇及時(shí)提供維護(hù)依據(jù)的樓宇健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)可以大大減少國家建筑損失,保障人民生命安全,此設(shè)計(jì)利國利民,勢在必行 眾所周知,當(dāng)今社會(huì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)發(fā)展迅猛,它在樓宇中的應(yīng)用已成為熱門話題隨著人們對生活質(zhì)量追求的日益增長,一個(gè)健康安全的住所已成為人們的必需,基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的樓宇健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)也就成為了高層樓宇安全的有效保障 本文以中交濱江國際二期17號(hào)樓為研究對象,對基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的樓宇健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究和設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)利用多傳感器進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測從樓宇應(yīng)力性傾斜度溫濕度煙霧濃度四個(gè)方面對傳感器進(jìn)行選型和布設(shè),利用多傳感器對樓宇的健康數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集 (2)把ZigBee無線傳輸技術(shù)應(yīng)用到建筑行業(yè)通過ZigBee的選型和數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送端接收端的研究設(shè)計(jì),利用ZigBee技術(shù)把多傳感器采集到的數(shù)據(jù)無線傳輸?shù)较到y(tǒng)終端,ZigBee在樓宇健康監(jiān)測中的運(yùn)用,推動(dòng)了工業(yè)自動(dòng)化和建筑業(yè)的友好合作,,也推動(dòng)了智能建筑的發(fā)展 (3)利用LabVIEW軟件處理樓宇監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)把無線傳輸來的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)用LabVIEW軟件進(jìn)行處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)模糊控制算法,通過數(shù)據(jù)處理結(jié)果鑒定樓宇的健康狀況 本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),以低廉的成本,準(zhǔn)確的完成了樓宇的健康監(jiān)測,為樓宇的維護(hù)提供了依據(jù),對保障樓宇安全和居民生命安全具有重要意義
[Abstract]:Driven by the economic development of our country, the real estate industry has got unprecedented development. The scale of the real estate industry has been increasing year by year. At the same time, people also have higher requirements for housing safety. But with the frequent earthquakes and building fires in recent years, And a growing number of bean curd projects, The health status of high-rise buildings is a source of concern, but the important reason for building health problems is that there is no perfect building health monitoring system, so it is designed to provide a timely basis for the maintenance of high-rise buildings. Building health monitoring systems can greatly reduce the loss of national buildings. To ensure the safety of people's lives, it is imperative that this design be beneficial to the country and the people. As we all know, the technology of Internet of things is developing rapidly, and its application in buildings has become a hot topic. With the increasing pursuit of quality of life, a healthy and safe residence has become a necessity for people. Building health monitoring system based on Internet of things technology has become an effective safeguard for the safety of high-rise buildings. In this paper, the research and design of building health monitoring system based on Internet of things technology are carried out with the 17th Building of Binjiang International Phase II as the research object. The main contents include the following aspects: 1) using multi-sensor to monitor real-time the sensor selection and layout from four aspects of stress inclination, temperature, humidity and smoke concentration, and using multi-sensor to collect the building health data in real time. The ZigBee wireless transmission technology is applied to the design of the construction industry through the selection of ZigBee and the research and design of the receiving end of the data sending terminal, and the application of the ZigBee technology to the wireless transmission of the data collected by the multi-sensor to the system terminal, ZigBee, is used in the building health monitoring. It has promoted the friendly cooperation between industrial automation and construction industry, and has also promoted the development of intelligent buildings. Using LabVIEW software to process building monitoring data, the wireless monitoring data is processed by LabVIEW software, fuzzy control algorithm is realized, and the health status of buildings is identified by data processing results. The system uses advanced Internet of things technology, with low cost, accurate completion of building health monitoring, for building maintenance provides a basis for the protection of building safety and the safety of residents have an important significance.
