【摘要】：歷史街區(qū)改造中出現(xiàn)的矛盾已經(jīng)上升為影響城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的焦點問題，經(jīng)濟開發(fā)與歷史遺產(chǎn)保護的矛盾，歷史街區(qū)功能落后，生態(tài)環(huán)境的惡化，城市全球化與地方特色文化的消失等等困擾著城市的發(fā)展，能否保護好所剩不多的歷史街區(qū)并通過改造設(shè)計使之適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代城市的發(fā)展成為本論文研究的重要課題。 本文的研究對象是城市歷史街區(qū)的保護與改造設(shè)計；保護與改造設(shè)計的基本內(nèi)容是物質(zhì)空間和人文環(huán)境；研究的方式為闡述歷史街區(qū)的特征、城市歷史街區(qū)的意義和價值以及對城市發(fā)展的影響，論述保護與改造設(shè)計的關(guān)系、改造設(shè)計的原則和內(nèi)容，分析我國歷史街區(qū)保護與改造設(shè)計中存在的問題，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外改造設(shè)計的成功案例，探索城市歷史街區(qū)保護與改造設(shè)計可能的策略方式，旨在為解決城市建設(shè)中歷史街區(qū)成為城市發(fā)展的桎梏這一窘境提供理論指導(dǎo)。 在論文研究中，筆者從新舊文化的融合、街區(qū)功能的置換、原有空間格局的保護、生態(tài)的營造等多方面進行論述，從物質(zhì)環(huán)境、人文環(huán)境兩方面提出改造設(shè)計的方法和策略以期能夠建立一種以文脈延續(xù)為主線，改善居民生活條件為基礎(chǔ)，實現(xiàn)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目的的保護與改造設(shè)計方式。通過對實際案例的分析，得出歷史街區(qū)的建筑多樣性、文化多樣性、功能多樣性的發(fā)掘和運用對于抵抗城市設(shè)計的趨同化現(xiàn)象有重要意義；在肯定歷史街區(qū)的改造設(shè)計對歷史街區(qū)的保護有積極意義的前提下，從“變與不變”的角度審慎考慮歷史街區(qū)改造設(shè)計對城市文脈延續(xù)的影響，探索歷史街區(qū)保護與改造設(shè)計的策略，展開論述，并引述案例佐證，得出歷史街區(qū)的改造設(shè)計與保護是辯證統(tǒng)一，相輔相成的。改造設(shè)計應(yīng)是發(fā)展的設(shè)計，設(shè)計方式是辯證法的否定與否定之否定的運用，改造設(shè)計的結(jié)果應(yīng)使歷史街區(qū)在延續(xù)傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌的基礎(chǔ)上逐漸演進成一種新的整體秩序，，其不僅包括了演進方式的循序漸進，同時還有整體風(fēng)貌的再形成與局部的新創(chuàng)造——即在變化中尋找統(tǒng)一，在統(tǒng)一中實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新，為歷史街區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展注入新的活力。
[Abstract]:The contradictions in the transformation of historical blocks have become the focus problems that affect the sustainable development of cities, the contradiction between economic development and historical heritage protection, the backward function of historical blocks and the deterioration of ecological environment. The globalization of the city and the disappearance of the local characteristic culture are puzzling the development of the city. Whether to protect the few historical blocks and adapt them to the development of the modern city through the transformation and design has become an important subject in this paper. The research object of this paper is the protection and reconstruction design of the urban historical block, the basic content of the protection and reconstruction design is the material space and the humanities environment, the way of the research is to expound the characteristics of the historical district, The significance and value of urban historic block and its influence on urban development are discussed. The relationship between protection and reconstruction design, the principle and content of reconstruction design, and the problems existing in the protection and reconstruction design of historical district in China are analyzed. Combined with the successful cases of urban reconstruction design at home and abroad, this paper explores the possible strategies for the protection and reconstruction design of urban historic blocks, in order to provide theoretical guidance for solving the dilemma that historic blocks have become the shackles of urban development in urban construction. In the thesis, the author discusses the fusion of old and new culture, the replacement of the function of the block, the protection of the original space pattern, the construction of the ecology and so on. This paper puts forward the methods and strategies of reconstruction and design from two aspects of humanistic environment in order to establish a kind of protection and reconstruction design mode based on the continuation of the context, improving the living conditions of the residents and realizing the sustainable development of the city. Through the analysis of practical cases, it is found that the excavation and application of architectural diversity, cultural diversity and functional diversity in historical blocks are of great significance to resist the convergence phenomenon of urban design. On the premise that the reconstruction design of historical blocks has positive significance to the protection of historical blocks, the influence of the reconstruction design of historical blocks on the continuity of urban context is carefully considered from the angle of "change and invariance". This paper explores the strategies for the protection and reconstruction design of historical blocks, discusses them, and cites the examples to prove that the reconstruction design and protection of historical blocks are dialectical and complementary. The reform design should be the development design, the design way is the dialectic negation and the negative negation, the transformation design result should make the historical district gradually evolve into a new whole order on the basis of continuing the traditional style and appearance. It not only includes the gradual evolution, but also the re-formation of the whole style and the local new creation, that is, to find unity in the change, to realize the innovation in the unity, and to inject new vitality into the sustainable development of the historical district.
