膨脹土邊坡抗滑樁支護(hù)的機(jī)理和數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:目前,常用的抗滑樁的設(shè)計方法是基于邊坡極限平衡理論和樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計理論。對于膨脹土邊坡,膨脹力的發(fā)生必然會對抗滑樁的力學(xué)作用機(jī)制產(chǎn)生影響,進(jìn)而影響到其設(shè)計施工,并可能是影響邊坡加固效果和邊坡安全的重要因素。本文針對典型工程,進(jìn)行了膨脹土基本力學(xué)參數(shù)的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬分析:1、通過查閱相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料并結(jié)合基本力學(xué)參數(shù)試驗(yàn)獲得了膨脹土的基本力學(xué)參數(shù)。并根據(jù)設(shè)計資料和相關(guān)圖紙,建立了力學(xué)分析的工程實(shí)際幾何模型。2、采用三維有限差分法軟件對典型位置進(jìn)行了模擬。分析了不同樁型、不同樁間距的抗滑樁的支護(hù)機(jī)理,得到了抗滑樁在膨脹力作用下對渠道邊坡的支護(hù)機(jī)理。3、采用二維有限元法對典型剖面進(jìn)行了模擬。分析了抗滑樁的合理樁長、合理樁位、支護(hù)坡體的受力規(guī)律和對膨脹土的支護(hù)效果,探討了膨脹土邊坡抗滑樁的支護(hù)機(jī)理。通過研究分析獲得的主要結(jié)論如下:1、通過對坡體安全系數(shù)計算結(jié)果分析,本實(shí)際工程膨脹土渠道邊坡在無膨脹力作用時是穩(wěn)定的,但是只要膨脹力發(fā)生作用,坡體就容易產(chǎn)生破壞。2、樁型的選擇:樁間距越小D=1m圓形樁的支護(hù)能力就越優(yōu)于D=0.75m矩形樁,反之則矩形樁支護(hù)能力強(qiáng)。樁位的選擇:普遍最佳樁位在坡體1/2處。在樁長的選擇:樁越長安全系數(shù)越高,設(shè)計應(yīng)該結(jié)合考慮安全要求和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。3、考慮膨脹力作用時,抗滑樁一般只能控制到樁身1/2以上的淺層膨脹力,但是抗滑樁的樁徑越大、樁長越長,其支護(hù)控制就范圍越深,同時單樁只能控制一定范圍內(nèi)的膨脹土作用,所以對膨脹土邊坡選擇多排小樁徑抗滑樁支護(hù)的效果好。
[Abstract]:At present, the commonly used design method of anti-slide pile is based on slope limit equilibrium theory and pile foundation design theory. For expansive soil slope, the occurrence of expansive force will inevitably affect the mechanical mechanism of the sliding pile, and then affect the design and construction of the slope, and may be an important factor affecting the slope reinforcement effect and slope safety. In this paper, the laboratory test and numerical simulation analysis of the basic mechanical parameters of expansive soil have been carried out for typical projects. The basic mechanical parameters of expansive soil have been obtained by consulting relevant documents and combining with the test of basic mechanical parameters. According to the design data and related drawings, the engineering actual geometric model of mechanical analysis is established. The typical position is simulated by using 3D finite difference method software. The supporting mechanism of anti-slide pile with different pile types and different pile spacing is analyzed, and the supporting mechanism of anti-slide pile on canal slope under the action of expansion force is obtained. The typical section is simulated by two-dimensional finite element method. In this paper, the reasonable pile length, the reasonable pile position, the force law of supporting slope protection body and the supporting effect of expansive soil are analyzed, and the supporting mechanism of anti-slide pile in expansive soil slope is discussed. The main conclusions obtained from the research and analysis are as follows: 1. By analyzing the calculation results of the slope safety factor, it is found that the expansive soil channel slope in this practical project is stable when it has no expansive force, but as long as the expansion force takes effect, The selection of pile type: the smaller the pile spacing, the better the supporting capacity of circular pile is better than that of D0. 75m rectangular pile, otherwise, the support ability of rectangular pile is stronger. Selection of pile position: generally the best pile position is 1 / 2 of the slope. In the selection of pile length: the longer the pile is, the higher the safety coefficient is, and the design should consider safety requirements and economic benefits. When considering the effect of expansion force, the anti-slide pile can only control the shallow expansion force of the pile body more than 1 / 2, but the pile diameter of anti-slide pile is larger. The longer the pile length, the deeper the support control range is, and at the same time, the single pile can only control the role of expansive soil in a certain range, so it is good to select multiple rows of small pile diameter anti-slide pile to support expansive soil slope.
