【摘要】：在目前我國城市化進程不斷加快、城市人口持續(xù)增長、城市用地緊缺日益嚴重的城市發(fā)展背景下,城市空間集約化的發(fā)展趨勢在我國的城市建設中越來越明顯,加之現(xiàn)代城市居民生活需求的多樣性,使得城市綜合體這種高效集約的建筑形式成為了我國未來城市發(fā)展中的主流模式。這樣一來,城市綜合體功能組織模式的研究和其在城市中開發(fā)效益和影響的研究就成為當下時段的必然需要。毫無疑問,城市綜合體作為城市未來發(fā)展的新興載體,作為優(yōu)化城市產業(yè)資源配置的新型模式,其城市與自身的價值是受到肯定的,目前城市綜合體的開發(fā)建設已經遍布我國各個大、中城市。然而,作為城市建設的重大實踐問題,城市綜合體這種超大體量和規(guī)模的綜合性開發(fā)項目與其所在區(qū)域環(huán)境發(fā)展如何辯證,其對周邊環(huán)境的影響及促進作用的實際效果,以及如何科學的將其自身的產業(yè)特點融入城市整體文脈環(huán)境等一系列問題都需要進一步研究和解答。本文圍繞城市綜合體的功能模式和其對城市發(fā)展的影響展開研究,對于如何科學地指導未來城市綜合體的開發(fā)建設和塑造健康的城市與城市綜合體之間的關系具有重要的理論價值和實踐意義。 本文以過去優(yōu)秀學者的研究成果為基礎,對城市綜合體以及功能模式之間的協(xié)同關系進行了重新的闡釋,進一步梳理了城市綜合體的概念、主導模式及屬性特征。在此基礎上,探討了城市綜合體與其周邊區(qū)域產業(yè)和城市大環(huán)境之間的互動聯(lián)系屬性,為后文中分析城市綜合體與城市區(qū)域的互動效應搭建了有效的理論平臺。 基于城市綜合體與城市區(qū)域互動效應的分析,從城市綜合體本身的開發(fā)與健康發(fā)展以及與周邊區(qū)域環(huán)境協(xié)調發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),針對目前的城市綜合體發(fā)展遇到的阻撓,提出城市綜合體與未來城市發(fā)展關系的改進方向,為城市與綜合體之間的健康發(fā)展提供理論支持。 基于對目前國內外優(yōu)秀城市綜合體案例進行評估分析,歸納總結了未來城市綜合體的發(fā)展趨勢與注意事項,旨在通過科學理性的設計和開發(fā)城市綜合體項目,在規(guī)范其自身建設發(fā)展的同時,逐步實現(xiàn)對城市整體經濟文化的發(fā)展和帶動。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid urbanization, the continuous growth of urban population and the increasingly serious shortage of urban land, the development trend of urban spatial intensification is becoming more and more obvious in China's urban construction. Combined with the diversity of living needs of modern urban residents, urban complex, which is an efficient and intensive architectural form, has become the mainstream mode in the future urban development of our country. As a result, the study of the function organization model of urban complex and the research of its benefit and influence in the city becomes the inevitable need of the present period. Undoubtedly, as a new carrier of the city's future development and as a new mode to optimize the allocation of urban industrial resources, the city and its own value are affirmed. At present, the development and construction of urban complex has spread all over China. However, as a major practical problem in urban construction, the urban complex, a comprehensive development project with large volume and scale, is dialectical with the development of its regional environment, its influence on the surrounding environment and the practical effect of its promoting effect. And how to integrate its own industrial characteristics into the overall context of the city environment and a series of questions need to be further studied and answered. This paper focuses on the functional model of urban complex and its impact on urban development. It has important theoretical value and practical significance for how to scientifically guide the development and construction of urban complex in the future and to shape the relationship between healthy city and urban complex. Based on the research achievements of the past outstanding scholars, this paper reinterprets the synergetic relationship between the urban complex and the functional model, and further combs the concept, dominant mode and attribute characteristics of the urban complex. On this basis, the paper discusses the interactive relationship between urban complex and its surrounding regional industry and urban environment, which provides an effective theoretical platform for the analysis of the interaction effect between urban complex and urban area. Based on the analysis of the interaction effect between the urban complex and the urban area, from the perspective of the development and healthy development of the urban complex itself and the coordinated development with the surrounding regional environment, this paper aims at the obstacles encountered in the development of the present urban complex. The direction of improving the relationship between urban complex and future urban development is put forward, which provides theoretical support for the healthy development between city and complex. Based on the evaluation and analysis of the excellent urban complex cases at home and abroad at present, this paper summarizes the development trend and matters needing attention of the urban complex in the future, in order to design and develop the urban complex project scientifically and rationally. While standardizing its own construction and development, it gradually realizes the development and drive of the whole city economy and culture.
